What's the first HS mounted on (18-mace setup is awesome as well)?
Its mounted on an inward facing axle mount, either slightly offset from center with a 20cm attached sideways, or more likely a t connector.

Perhaps! But to be honest I think having those two high RADS are impeding on it's undercutting capabilities, like the razors won't reach the bottom of the robot as effectively. Did you test it scrap?

If the download works on another computer it's gotta be something with yours. Try running it not in fullscreen mode, that might make a difference. Also try dragging and dropping the file instead of extracting. Switch from gaming mode to a normal power mode (high performance?), turn off some of the graphic features of windows 7... thats what i would do to troubleshoot.
