@Scrap: Yes that is a lot. Don't worry about the time though - i will release the patch next week, and NAR AI v2.0 will probably be a Christmas gift (plenty of time to build moar teams and update the old ones as my knowledge of DSL bot building increased) unless i get a massive amount of teams from you guys, then it will be released sooner.
@DM543: I am doing it right now. But if someone could most kindly upload that 30MB RAR on the Gametechmods file uploader it would be very much appreciated because i cant seem to do it 21126

...i totally forgot about FangY...
It's SteelYard Dogs's BW. It keeps nasty pickle'ing because the chassis is too small. Does anyone has a REALLY GOOD BW rammer for replacement? 21128

The NAR AI v1.0 is 93% done and i will release it now as it is, you guys probably waited enough.
NOTE- It is NOT finished, there is something like 16 bots to update/build in that version. I will come up later with the complete version. Coming very soon. Feedback appreciated and will help for the next patch. 21132

Servo glitches, while fun to use, are unrealistic in DSL and should not be allowed in tournaments.
Chained motors COULD be done and work (although not easily) in real life. 21134

You don't need to hack anything... just a rather large weapon (bar spinners are better) and a powerful motor

I bet you can change your extender work to flippermakers, you'll not only win a few hitpoints but 4kg as well.
Also the only reason you got such a powerful hit is because you're fighting a very powerful spinner and hammers, as all high concussion weapons, are good for active defense as they will deal more damage to other weapons when struck by them. This is the reason why my RED ALERT scored a 18000 point hit against an all-spike rammer. |
