-No ballasts
-No SFTW's, horrible builds or all around failbots. As they will be in NAR AI, i will ask for decent fighters at least.

For the LW drum, it vibrates like  because of the springy skirt hinge. I'm gonna guess that using a metal hinge will also make it vibrate, just to a lesser extent.
As for the HW, I don't know about the 'floaty' thing. XD
the drum is heavier on one side for a strange reason, look at my BW Dont use hax for a example it wobbles alot as well
