Well, we beat you at least    :approve:
You appear to be confusing me with someone who gives a crap. =D

And I thought it was all going a bit far, personally. Jonzu appeared to have stopped, and it still carried on.

If you truly don't care, then don't reply. It just gives them more ammunition.

I go about it the other way, I start out by calculating the weight of the components, then that gives me how much weight I'd have left over for the chassis and armour. If I don't think it'll be enough, then I can recalculate which components I'd have to change and such. But if you know which "weight" the armour is, 1mm Plastic = 3, for instance, then you'd be able to divide/multiply the chassis weight you have to begin with (DSA would be 12) with the armour you want, to see if you've got enough weight left over for the components you want.

If you really were manly, you wouldn't feel the need to go around proving that you were manly. =P

I think that'll be quite unstable with wedges like that. VS and wedges tend not to mix particularly well, especially when they become unbalanced. You don't have to worry about that much with Clep Blades, but they do have a square collision mesh (press F12 to view), so it'll be dealing less damage than you'd like to. I also think it has normals, so the one facing backwards won't be dealing much to any damage at all.

Newest juggler, what I would do is drop down to three Piglets, and have a much simpler and lighter rear stabiliser. I'd use the weight saved from that to add a Medium plow on the top, as FOTEPX suggested, and also add some stronger and angled feeder skirts, preferably Titanium, to give you more of an edge when fighting spinners.

I'm glad you like Frequency, though. =) The trouble with motor-on-top spinners in RA2 is that they are inherently unrealistic by virtue of the game mechanics, in the same way Ring Spinners are unrealistic. You can either use a poly extender to raise the motor up above the chassis, or if you're knowledgeable enough in BFE, attach the motor via an ME inside of a much taller chassis, then BFE the chassis height to the level you want. If you do have a motor or axle outwith the chassis, however, remember to add the necessary extender "supports". They might not do anything, but a real motor-on top design would need something to securely mount the motor onto.

Does look good. Shame about the axles, though. If you didn't bother with the disc, and just had that as a skin on the top of the bot, would that work? Also, how did you get the DSL Bars attached like that?

Looks decent, if lacking in weaponry. Not a bad IRL build, in my view. How long does the shell take to get up to speed?

I like how it looks. But I do agree that it looks slightly underweaponed, I'd have gone for Normal NPC's and Mini wheels. That's what I do if I want a decent amount of speed and weaponry as well, without sacrificing too much in the way of defense.

I spotted that, but I didn't think it was worth drawing too much attention to. I imagine it's just dropping in to see if things are still going well. Either that or he's keeping a particularly close eye on me and my Bot of the Month progress. :gawe:

That feel when I accidentally start arguing with my girlfriend while she's on her period.. ;_;
Even I know you don't want to do that. The advantage of an online relationship, though, is that she can't punch you in the face.

I freakin' love that Castered HS. I need to make me one of those at some point. Dual Wedged LW Popup, clearly 140cm Square Extenders, nice use of them. Be interesting to see how well it holds up against HS like Shreddar or Death By Purple 3. One with Irons on reminds me of the original Xenophobia a little bit. Hammer/FS does look very cool, though. I'd love it if you were able to make it combat effective.

Where's the rest of the Triple-Black-Stack bot by the way?

I think it might have been the most all-rounded entry, but didn't excel in any specific category. A bit like Mario. I don't actually think Jonzu's splash was the best, personally, I found it very distracting with all the colours and swirls and everything.

Maybe combat effectiveness isn't necessarily as important as it once was in BOTM, though, which might explain why Iron Hornet lost as badly as it did. As people have said, if it's going on the front page, it needs to have some nondescript zing to it, and the splash has got to look reasonably good, so that new arrivals might stick around and give it a look. I'm not a huge fan of going down that road for BOTM, personally, but I suppose it should be fun more than anything else.

Hooray for Interchangeableness. =P Would the Srimech be useful with the Plow setup, or can it self-right normally?

I like the design of the bot, but I don't actually like how far the plow goes over, personally. If it was limited to nearly vertical, I think that would look a bit better, in my view, but you would have to find weight for another srimech-type thing.
