If you downgrade the armour you could probably get titanium halfsheet protection on the bottom (theres one ap that lets you attatch halfsheets to the bottom of the chassis)
Only if the chassis is not minimum height.

I had a dream that I was watching a porno and the guy ejaculated explosively onto this chick's face and all you could hear was a loud grunt and a splattering noise. It was a huge load too. I woke up laughing.
10/10 Would dream again.

looks like it's gonna pull a Rage III soon
I built it to be rear-heavy to prevent that, but it's still somewhat light in the ass-end. You think ballasts would be acceptable?
...What do you think I will answer ? Of course they aren't !
also it's just absurdly fast, and besides considering the tourney is a tabletop with a wall you'll just have to hope the other bot goes oota before you do.
also that wall causes problems, considering both bots will be very fast i don't think you can send one easily over the wall without both going over or flipping.
He said he was removing the wall.

He said he was modding it to remove the walls.
Oh, and I read the first post of the discussion thread and tl;dr'd the rest until I posted.

He means to try efficient building in DSL before just going straight for IRL building. Ninja'd by the edit.

So, hows about this new American F1 course?
I don't watch F1 all that much, but I know who drives and such :P
It's not very grippy. Doesn't look too bad though and it has some nice turns.
I think the lack of grip is due to it being a freshly built course. It needs a couple years or so to rubber in properly, I reckon. Some turns are pretty good, but the wider corner entries look a bit daft to me.
That may be possible, but in NASCAR they claim that tracks have the best grip when they're freshly paved. Is it concrete or asphalt?

I would absolutely love a response from just damn near anyone.

Welcome. You've come to the right place...
I will say that some advice may be a bit confusing or just plain overwhelming, but don't worry. Just keep building and keep practicing some of the techniques that we have found and you'll automatically get better with time. If you can't master some of the techniques described, it's not a big deal. I originally started playing this game in 2003 and still can't do what some of these guys can.
If stock turns out to be too overwhelming for you, I suggest trying the DSL mod. The building in DSL is geared more toward realism. It's what I prefer, honestly.
Have fun and try not to take anything too seriously.

Wait... Is that what is going to be used in Super Duper Sumos? What about the one in DSL called "The Ring" or whatever in the custom battle?

the whole concept about a million jillion matches to see who wins, keeping track of points,"who ko'd who" and defeating an opponent by yourself sounds overly complicated. you cant just run a single 3-way match and decide who wins from that?
Agreed... It should be a straight up three-way match but it should be best of 5 or something like that

Black iPhone 4. Hoping to get a 5 in the near future.
Just update to iOS 6 if you haven't already. Unless you just really want another row of icons. It's not backward compatible with any previous iPhone or iPod accessories. Not worth it, in my opinion.
I actually don't even like iOS 6.
I have iOS 6. The 4 can't do much of the cool stuff (Siri, turn by turn directions, LTE, etc). Besides, I have one accessory (FM transmitter for my truck) and I could always just buy an adapter.
Huh... That's odd. I have an early 4th gen iPod that has Siri. I think it came with iOS 6. As far as the accessories go, I assumed there wouldn't be any adapters because money is power and they'd want you to buy new accessories. And I doubt there will be many third party accessories because the the plug is proprietary and probably patented.
