I have everyone beat
On the first bot I made I literally attached all the wheels to axles thinking that the axles were actually motors >_< I didn't know anything about wiring, different attachment points, or how to raise and rotate components. I also always used the mini control board and blue control board on all of my early DSL bots thinking that the blue control board was the receiver for the mini control board.
I think I got you beat. My first project was a replica of Razer, and I spent hours getting the chassis just right. Then I mounted the crusher on a baseplate anchor, and tried to use snappers for drive. (didn't know about any patches yet btw)

I was one of those people who fell into the trapping of having "too realistic" expectations for the game. How to make a bot go forward, I figured that out in like 5 minutes. I just couldn't (and still have some trouble to) wrap my brain around making a bot that didn't look feasible from a real life standpoint.

What can I say? I was building replicas before it was cool, and convinced that they were good fighters because they could beat almost 50% of their weight class's AI. I lashed out at Inf and Psych for very stupid reasons, and paid the price.

A remake. If you know what you're doing, Matilda isn't hard to recreate, just two 750 W motors and some skill molding fibreglass

I get to host a French exchange student for a week. The only French words I know are baguette and Bonjour. HELP ME!!!!
It's for his own good, French is a dying language. Within 15 years, English or Arabic (maybe both) will overtake French as the most common language in France

I just made some progress a year-old mystery about one of my videos. For some reason I could never figure out, one of my very old and veery crappy videos was getting something between 40 and 60 times as many views as my good ones, plus 20 times as many dislikes. So I had a look at the Analytics, and noticed that the views spiked to an all time high for my channel on March 16 2011. So I did a little more digging and the source of the traffic became crystal clear.
Turns out that for whatever reason, my video was showing up as "related" to a video of raw footage of the of the tsunami in Japan from March 2011. I have no idea why because the only tags were "Robot Arena 2" and "Robot Wars," and while the description was a lot wordier than usual, the only keyword it could have possibly had in common with the tsunami video was "Japanese," and I know I'm far from the only person who made a video with that word. And I know what you're thinking but no, it wasn't one of the videos where my replica of the robot Tsunami was featured.
So now I know where all my traffic was coming from, but I still don't know why. My video was posted about a year and a half before the tsunami in question so relation by date proximity is out of the question. More detective work I guess.

Rage moments in games?
Making a lighthouse in minecraft out of wool, then making the actual light source, from lava.
Then watching the damn thing catch on fire. That was a bit of a rage
Hate to be Capt. Obvious, but what did you expect would happen?

Is there a limit to how many teams you can have in a single game? I just added Team50 and the game won't start, wondering if that's the problem.
Is there a limit to mhow many lines you can have in the Bindings?

I don't understand how an episode of Deal or No Deal has any tension at all. They might as well just make it into a talk show where at the endof the episode the "contestant" get an envelope with a random amount of money.
The only less tense thing I can think of is in the kids' old format of Jeopardy! where each of them spends a good 5 minutes choosing the prize they'd like.

I'm having some problems getting ElecticHammer AI to work. For whatever reason, the hammer doesn't want to work, evne though I have a Smartzoe labelled weapon and the control labelled Fire. The hammer is kind of heavy, needs a sustained 2 seconds on the motor to go all the way over. Can someone post a sample binding that has worked for them? I feel like that would be the easiest way to attack this. Thanks.
