If you don't like nominations, that's your fault. You didn't vote. It doesn't matter if I voted or not. Lame-ass user created polls don't impress me. I'm objecting more to the fact that the current community has no respect for those who made what they're doing now possible.

I don't believe you even voted Jeffery. It's not our fault if you don't like the ranks. I'm voicing my disgust for the lack of respect given to Dummy by the current community. Let me axe you something: did Dummy get any votes? Old timers like me can't be the only ones to appreciate his great contributions.

There's a few reasons as to how that could be: - We only care about modifications that directly affect us (DSL and component packs, and similar things) You guys really don't care that he's the reason why you have DSL? - His inactivity lost him enough votes. Dummy was never really active. Despite that, he's probably the most important member to have ever been in the RA2 community. - It's public opinion. Perhaps we should have had voting handled by electorates...

How was dummy not in the list of contributors? We owe all of RA2 modifications to him.

Got the game right when it came out. Even played some RA1 for a while and I still remember the hilariously bad tech demo with the yellow bot and the nightmare clone. Yellow Buzzard was its name. While the demo was a bit awful, I liked the arena. Were you around for the RA1 with physics demo? It had a bot with the hidden forklift component and I think the other one was just a simple wedge. I wish I could remember where to find that.

I ordered RA2 online before it was released. I got it a few days after the release date. If memory serves right, I had to go to the post office to pick it up for some reason.
I think I joined the old old forums in either 2000 or 2001. I don't really remember.

I can do alot more. I just prefer to keep my designs fairly simple, but still make them look good. Basically, I save the complex Photoshop work for paying clients. Really I'd rather work with Illustrator and InDesign, but I don't have the money to buy Adobe CS3 or CS4 yet. Keeping it simple is fine. Look at my sig. It's very simple, yet it's not too simple. Know what I mean? I would suggest playing around with the style settings. While the default settings are occasionally good, using nothing but defaults is generally a no-no.

Based on your signature, you have a very basic understanding of Photoshop.

I forgot all about Stewbot and its amazing stew machine. I also forgot about Mechadon. That thing was amazingly weird.

There was a Vlad the Impaler II? Or is that just the one that had the self-righting mechanism? Yeah, it was in the last televised season of Battlebots. It was basically a heavyweight version of Vladiator.

The RC Minion looked nothing like the real Minion anyway. Most of the Custom Series looked nothing like the real ones. Some exceptions would be Dr. Inferno Jr., Son of Whyachi, and El Diablo. As a big Vlad the Impaler fan, I was a bit disappointed by the red forklift and weird aesthetic changes.

I had all those little RC bots(you forgot Minion, Jeffry), the button ones, some of the ones that exploded when they hit together, Deadblow/Minion build kit, and the big Biohazard but i never got my hands on a rechargable battery that would work. I was never able to get Minion. The one time I didn't have enough money for it, I found it.
