You say that a lot.

Is there a problem?
As a homersexual, I can tell you that what I said is absolutely true. You can have the biggest penis in the world, but that doesn't mean you're a good ****.

lol

i am not scared of death but when you die is the scary bit

True
I'm not afraid of death, it's the dying part that worries me.
I wouldn't be afraid to jump off a tall building, I'd be afraid of the landing..

Yesterday at the bar, the following occured, pretty ontopic:

A big guy came in, slapped somebody on his shoulder and drank his drink (I supposed they were friends)
The lil guy started crying uncontrollably. The big guy looked sorry and confused and said "Hey, it was just a joke, I can buy you a new one if you want", then, the guy started telling a very touching story.

Turned out he attempted multiple suicides today. He tried hanging himself, but the ceiling collapsed on his weight. "Then," he added, still sobbing, "I've been waiting on the railroad track for over an hour for a train to come, turned out I'm on an unused track". Then, when the big guy is about to buy the poor guy a new drink, he added: "Then, when I'm finally ready to actually kill myself, you come in and drink my poison!"

Yea, I agree that most bots are much better when driven tactically (i wish RA2 online was lag free, make everything so much more fun) but usually we try to judge bots on how they would do AIed because you are fighting AIed bots, making it an unfair fight.

I dont see the point of the overly large chassis either.

This chassis was originally going to be used to make a face spinner, but I didn't get it the way I wanted it, but I already got the reversible angles to fit inside nicely. I didn't feel like scrapping the outline just because I only had to fit in an anchor instead of a ztek. This just came to my mind and it was built in a couple minutes.

EDIT: Yep, I'm a lazy son of a bitch.

EDIT 2: Unfair fight my ass. Artificial intelligence is no match for natural stupidity

Hey guys, meet Rakem

As you can see, took me like 20 mins to build this thing, and maybe another 10 to tweak after a couple of fights, but I had an idea and it worked out perfectly.
It beat 90% of Starcore LW's first try.

Pro's:
Immensely durable weapon rake (6 iron spikes, 4 razor tips)
Plain awesome
Invertible drive
Plenty of power
Actually realistic

Cons:
2 Reversible angle's drive, so slow as sh**, and really boring matches when facing an opponent with stronger drivetrain
Doesn't like getting f'd in the a, no armor over there

'Yea, sure, this thing can consistently beat the starcore lightweight spinners'
Yep, it can, it just takes some tactical driving though. First, determine which way the opponent is spinning. Then, just make a hit on the side of the oncoming weapon.
Reapeat until it loses a weapon
Stand back and look at your opponent getting horribly out of control
Roll a cigarette
Keep ramming until opponents chassis is exposed
Ram it's chassis a couple times
???
Profit

'OK OK, donkey face, but this thing is no match for starcore v3's lw popups'
If it was AI'd it, probably wouldn't have been, but due to extremely durable weaponing, I can afford to drive up opposing popups slowly while waiting for their weapon system to commit suicide on my spike rake, then once broke loose, it's an easy fight.

'I'm still not impressed by your bot'
Neither am I. It just did a lot better in combat than I expected when I built it.

It's durability seems to be the key. While most starcore v3's lw bots were built to deal a lot of damage fast, this one was built to remain armed after a series of big hits. I admit it's a boring design and makes for boring matches, but it's very effective.
