The Shuckle did more damage than I expected it to. I did not invest any EVs into Defense, but Double Edge should not have done as much damage as it did, especially considering that it isn't very effective  against Cobalion.

I call h4x. Looking back on the battle, this was probably because his defense was so low. That allowed Shuckle to do more damage. Either way, the mighty Naryar did not die in vain!

You thump the slump, I'll jump the BUMP.

Barely one year ago, Cutting Wedge II made his debut in my showcase. You guys know how well that went. I then worked on the third iteration, slowly but surely improving. It was the fourth iteration, Cutting Wedge IV, that really shined. He took fourth in a tournament. A DSL2 tournament, aptly named Blades of Glory. In the twilight of the life of DSL2, we have gotten a chance to test DSL3 before it takes over. DSL3 aims to evolve the stagnant metagame.

Who said Cutting Wedge could not evolve with it?

The armor is Steel 3, the drive is TWM3R2 drive-optimized motors, and the name is Cutting Wedge aV.

My main goal with CW aV (Alpha version of Cutting Wedge V) was to bring popups to DSL3. The first thing that I realized when building it was that some very clear changes needed to take place. For starters, Cutting Wedge is now longer than he is wide. In response to Hypno wheels being slowed down, I strengthened the drive. Gone are the razors that made the previous iterations, particularly CW IV, so powerful. In their place, there are spike strips, still providing him with plenty of strength.  For those who cannot tell, there are three Battlepacks and four ants, giving enough power to provide his adversaries with a swift and untimely death.

ADVANTAGES:
+Fast
+Wedgy
+Destructive
+Self-Righteous

DISADVANTAGES:
-DSL3 is not complete, so its greatness is not finalized.

Thoughts?

The wedges are about 27 cm long.
Why 27cm? Is it because the small wedges from DSL2/Stock were that length?
I personally think that they should be 40cm. This will allow the wedges to be slightly less steep, allowing for the bots to scale the wedges easier. Furthermore, the wedges being 40cm as opposed to 27cm allows for the wedges, when stacked as per the diagram, to align with all the edges flush. In fact, I drew that diagram with 40cm extenders and wedges in mind, though it could work with 20cm extenders.

New match: Naryar's Righteous Romp: A Manly Sweep to Define the Ages
(I'm the one on the far side)

How long are the wedges supposed to be? I was thinking that the wedges could have bottom attachment points to make a larger wedge, something like this:

If the wedges are shorter than 60cm, then I don't see this being necessary.

Well, as has been suggested before, we could start timing tournaments from when signups end.
I like this. This way, there could never be another original Mutations, where the host runs out of time simply because there aren't enough entries after three months.

Also I agree with not reducing the time limit for major league tournaments.

The Twelfth Harvest has arrived!

Armor is DSA.

I made this vertical spinner today. It is a re-design of another spinner that I made earlier. The problem with the original spinner was that it was underweight and unstable. This fixed those problems.

ADVANTAGES:
+Fast
+Wedgy
+Powerful
+Self-righting

DISADVANTAGES:
-Poor battery life, it only has a single black.

COMING SOON:
*Another black battery, stacked on top of the existing one.

I'm taking a dinner break from math homework. Tonight, I'm doing sum and difference identities with trigonometric functions. It's actually kinda fun.
Don't really see how trigonometry is fun .
**** you math is dope

Those wheels are not stock wheels. They are custom components, which are, more often than not, banned from tournaments. Replace them with either shiny hubs or grannies, if shiny hubs don't make the bot invertible.
Those are reskinned grannie wheels what are you talking about.
They are? I was not aware of that.

Either way, shiny hubs are better wheels, but stick with the grannies if it isn't invertible with shiny hubs.

This thing has far too many batteries. A single black will power it fully, two blacks will ensure that it stays strong for the full three minutes.

Try to use the blue Snapper II's instead of the servos. Snapper II's are lighter than any servo, and, being counted as burst motors, can be adjusted more easily than servos.

Razors are good weapons, but they aren't commonplace on 36HS. In fact, I made a 48HS that used 48 razors (it is in my stock showcase and is called Razing the triBar). More ideal weapons for a 36HS include maces, iron spikes, and bear claws*.

Those wheels are not stock wheels. They are custom components, which are, more often than not, banned from tournaments. Replace them with either shiny hubs or grannies, if shiny hubs don't make the bot invertible.

*Beware, bear claws have damage normals. These normals are on the tips of the claws, so make sure that these are facing the direction in which they spin. Irons and maces do not have these rather crippling normals.

Clay has been, erm, downsized.

Armor is Titanium 5.

I decided to ditch the wedge entirely. In its place, I have supports and hammers on tribars. This has infinitely improved its capability to put up a fight.

ADVANTAGES:
+Very destructive
+Can self-right
+Tosses bots easily
+Fast

DISADVANTAGES:
-Some stability issues
-Not very good at self-righting

Granted, but you died, so you can't see the chartreuse walruses.

I wish for the power of time travel.

Actually, you only need one black. Assuming that there are only four spin motors, they draw a combined total of 40 amps, and you are supplying them 160. Removing one of them will leave you with thirty extra kilos. Although I'm not quite sure what to do with them, so this is optional.

Also rotate all of the razors with the same orientation, as Wacky Bob (indirectly) said. You may have start over with attaching the weapons and the outer extenders, but making the razors facing the same direction can be achieved through eFFeing and snapper loading. When the razors are facing the same direction, they do more consistent damage, so they are more reliable.

Hi I exist, now meet the "master".

Armor is Plastic 5.

This is Clay Derby, my latest bot, Its chassis holds four ants, a small control board, and two fast NPC's. I named it after Clay Derby from Copper Sun. It was going to be my Centripetal Force entry, but then it wasn't.

ADVANTAGES:
+Incredibly destructive
+Fairly fast

DISADVANTAGES:
-Poor wedge
-Unstable
-Self-righting issues

I wish for an alternate universe where meta wish runing rules don't apply
Granted, but you are the only one who cannot make a wish.

I wish for this wish to be ruined.

I wish for a bag of Doritos

Granted.....but the frogurt is Doritos are also cursed.

I wish for love. Please. I just want to be held.

Wish granted, but your lover is a very horny gorilla that has a fetish for can openers.

I wish that Dr. Monica Wehby would shut her stupid face.

Cobalion is quadrupedal, so it wouldn't make sense for it to learn any punching moves; the closest thing to a punching move is Close Combat.
But I have triumphed once more:
