Well (no offence) you got all the fat ( Don't how else to say it sorry) to burn off of. Me? I'm almost sticks and bone to the point some wonder if I eat enough at home. Sometimes my mom says I'll eat her out of a house and home.

For me one of the worst thing (in my opinin) was my elementary school years.
In grade 2 I developed dyslexia and some other problems to do with it. No one knew I had it, they all thought I was not putting out the effort saying "I'v seen you do before you can do it again! Why are you repelling? You used to do this all the time!" so on and so forth. This went on for 7 years and then they found out but the damage was already done. Now I don't care if I fail by not doing home work I simply won't do it. Its very hard to get out of that mind set that's bin there for years.
