.. Thanks for continuing the work... Mad, as administrator, do you know if there is way to reference the chart AND all those .rar (AI + sample bots) somewhere else than on this thread. Thus 'everyone' should find ithem easily and i, or others, may propose update. -> should it be referenced in the tutorial part of this site ( https://gametechmods.com/?do=Tutorials) ? if 'yes', what should be the processus to activate an update ? == btw, i will update the document, its AI list. its 'nose info' and so.

double post yeah ! so here is the 'OmniInverted' AI. after the countdown, the bot self invert and is happy like that. this kind of AI may feat bots like 'noble sacrifice' ( look here ), or in the hand of good builder may be used as anti gut ripper in DSL. here is a picture and the AI : https://gametechmods.com/uploads/files/Omninverted.rarI will send a movie before the end of the week. As ever, feed back, self experiment or idea of bots using this or other uncommons AI are always welcomed.

best 'recasting' is Industrial cool miner which is now a potent adversary.
the big changes on topdog doesn't make a killer bot of it ... in fact all the red alert team was not a good idea at the start, so even with improvment it does not 'rock' as Urjak said.
i like the little changes on civil uprising, at the start it was a good bot, not it should also challenge some MW .

winning a match in tabletop depends partly of your luck in game... but some bots may force this luck.
here are my prediction : Chizzle - TDL2: TDL get better wedge, it should win. sure, if Chizzle puts one of its skirt under TDL2 that may changes all.. but with a help of 'IF', Paris should also be put in a bottle...
Razor 3 - li-Ewl : i bet for myself (razor III) : Li ewl will be constrained by its too long skirt
Tabletop - Zapper 3.5 : Most Original Name reward for 'Tabletop'. these two bots get something alien, i do not have the less idea. But perhaps the most interesting match.
Widow maker - Dune buggy : with the help of its 2 burst motor and its wide 'danger zone',widow maker should win.
skirmish - SOF : well, its much like Naryar meets Naryar .. i think Naryars should win. H@zm47 seems very compacts, judging at those drive motors that largely exceed the chassis. Even if this bot is a 'spawn of' , it is well built ... but i still think Naryar may win.
TChicken - HRE : HRE should have better ground-grip but may be handicapped with its 45° skirt against a rammer with piston : The chicken may run a win.

here are the 2 bots i was aiming to enter until Hydro told me that the first one was not compliant with the one-weapon system rule.  So i'm going to build 2 others from scratch. I've made the first : more original than dangerous, so the second has to be scary.. still looking for an idea that was not a simple clone of 'yet-seen' bots.

First of all, the match and click's comments where both fine.
- i've been surprised about the effectiveness of face spinners : well built bots there !
-popup are always deadly. a special price for Chirurgical strike.
- the good front protection of Bounty hunter seems to limit the power of it wedge. Is it due to a lack of driving power or is it inherent to such a front ?

well, i'm an average builder and a poor driver. In this way, the bots i meet in your pack are very challenging, and i have done many and many battle (about 100 !) to get about 5 codes (T and Emu). btw, i improve a little my building skill now and , after so much events, i investigate the file teams.txt to select each time at least an event that may bring me new code (the fun is to 'win them' not to pick them from events.txt). https://gametechmods.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1705&page=4improvment : for someone who really don't know much about RA2 i think the prizes should be more commented : where should one put the file cement_background.bmp (ie under UI / commons) : this is not always well explained.

(this threrad have been mostly spamed, thank's young boys) continuating to explore the file RA2/Teams/teams.txt, here are other tips :  So, once you finished a round in an event, repair your bot and go out RA2, edit the file teams.txt (save it before all), and change the 'red' value from'true' to 'false' -> you will gain 30 more minutes to repair your bot Edit : must read "you can't put several ..." and not "you can't but several..."

Please explain the floating spikes. just a picture done while usiong one of those glitch https://gametechmods.com/forums/showthread.php?t=866(ie while positionning an extender to the place you would like to attach it -ie motor/piston/burst motor- you click on the control button to make the motor spin then release the left button of your mouse : the extender is attached in 'space' and that as long as you don't go to the test lab, it stay there : useful to avoid collision conflict. for instance this let me attache 4 spikes to the LW instead of 1 : A A A A !* ! * ! ! ! ! * ! !* ! ! ! ! !* *!
