The BBC tags that you use look like this:
Hidden Text
If you want to add some text to the button, do something like this:
Hidden Text
Since google insists on having https, I should probably add support for it so that people don't need to manually remove the s.

The __init__.py that comes with the action cam mod must replace the one in the Arenas folder. Otherwise, it won't work. The only publicly released mod that would conflict with it is the random arena mod which I released separately before the action cam mod was released publicly.
I can't remember offhand what Click added to AI/__init__.py but if he included than it was for a reason. There aren't currently any other public mods that replace this file.

Just thought, I'd point out that the quick reply box is fixed.

You might have some luck with changing the power of the motor but the wheel grip is what you should be messing with.

Excellent tutorial. I'm sure it will help clear up some of the confusion for new members.
If you have AIed your bot, you should definitely include the bindings in your PM (or ZIP if you are using the GTM File Host).

The quick reply box is a known issue that I recall fixing in the past on the other themes.
I'm not sure what you mean by the other issues. Can you provide screenshots?

Its fun to play around with GIBs but most of the functional aspects require the EXE. Many of my GIB mods (mostly test code) are centered around code that was left in the EXE when the developers started cutting features in order to meet their deadline. I've worked with leagues, chassis heat values, supershine armor, bot previews on different screens, etc. The bot garage is one of my favorite things to mod because the EXE doesn't limit you to a certain number of buttons and its the only place where GIBs and PYs meet.
I could never get things working in the test garage. Dunno why. How much of the other things did you manage to get working?
I was able to display the league but I never quite figured out how to get the league to change. I suspect that they disabled the code for checking how many golden sawblades you've won (this is purely speculation). I have a unfinished mod centered aound the chassis heat values. I was able to set, view, and make use of these values. Unfortunately, I have to parse the value right out of the .BOT file and the only time I knew which file that was was in the garage or specially marked AI bots. I was able to display the Supershine screen but I didn't have any luck changing values. I was able to add a 3D preview of the bot to the garage but I couldn't get the camera angle to change so the bot often went off screen. After quite a bit of testing, the only practical mods out of the ones that I've listed are the heat value mod and the practice arena buttons mod.

I, personally, don't mind when people enter IRL into standard BOTMs. Considering that its a voting contest, its going to come down to what most people like best anyways. IRL contests tend to get kind of messy with differing definitions depending on context so I doubt that I'll ever explicitly say that a BOTM is IRL. I'd rather keep it open to as many building styles as possible so that we get more entries and less complaints.

Alright, you guys voted for a DSL HW BOTM... Here's how this works. Every participant creates a bot that follows the given bot restrictions for that month. They then create a simple splash for their bot and uploaded it to GTM's BOTM Uploader before the deadline expires. After the deadline expires, a poll will be created for the community to vote on their favorite entry. At the end of the month, the splash with the most votes will be put on GTM's homepage for a month. Bot Restrictions- DSL 2
- Standard Realism
- HW (up to 800kg)
- No cheatbot2, hidden, or custom components
- No BFE, AAM, HAX mode, Zero glitch, etc.
Splash Rules- Entries must be uploaded using the BOTM Uploader
- One bot per splash
- One splash per member
- Please do not put anything in that identifies you as the creator. Credit will be given after the poll to reduce bias and give people a chance to guess who made what.
- There must be at least one image of the insides in the splash
- The weight must be given in the splash
- Images must be either JPG, PNG, or GIF.
- Images must be no wider than 700px and no taller than 800px
- Entries must be in by December 26, 2014 at 11:59 PM Central Standard Time (GMT - 5:00) so that we can spend the rest of the month voting.
Please upload your entries using the BOTM Uploader. Questions/comments? Edit: I'm postponing the voting until tomorrow.

I've added a poll for January's BOTM bot restrictions.
If you want restrictions in addition to the weight class and components, vote for the closest match and leave a comment with the rest of the details. If you don't see what you want, vote for other and post a description.

Its not too late to get an entry in. There is still a little more than a day left before the deadline.

I'd rather not complicate things further by having winners pick the next month's theme. People had a tendency of not getting back to ACAMS and the BOTMs with overly complicated bot restrictions never seemed to get as many entries.
Anyways, there is a little over a week left so people need to get there entries in soon if they plan on participating this month.

The irony here is that the guy that made that robot had about the same level of English as this guy
Am I the only one who is denied access to the link!?
I cant get it either. I'm guessing it's for coloured names only.
Now I know why when you see guests online it says that they can see something in the gallery that you can't or something*. Logout and then look at the link. Why is there a media page for guests and coloured names only?
*Edit: 'Somewhere in the gallery, in a place you can't see... Scary huh?' That's it.
It is supposed to be visible to everyone. I'll need to fix some privileges somewhere for you to see it.

So how did you make this exactly ? just a whipper.py + spinner.py ?
i would have added a Frenzy.py to Omni but just my imput. Good work anyways, i've wanted to enter a mortis-like bot to an IRL tourney for a while.
What exactly would you copy/paste to make that happen? If it's a simple matter of copying some lines of code between documents, I'll have a go at it.
It wouldn't be that difficult but I'd recommend merging Omni.py into Frenzy.py if you're going to do it. That said, you could easily replace Frenzy.py with Mortis.py to have the added benefits of Flipper.py.
