Hello again!
First off, thanks to all who watched and took part in Banter Wars 1.5! The final can be found here:
So, the next step is Banter Wars Series 2! This time, I'm going full production mode! It's going to take a long time to creat the series, but I'm hoping it's going to be a huge improvement on previous episodes. This will be a thread for feedback, updates and just generally anything to do with the new series!

For anyone joining Banter Wars Series 2, there is a deadline to hand in your intros: 1st of June, though I may entend this to the 5th since I'm on holiday.
The people I'm expecting intros from:

If I don't get your intros by the deadline, your robots will be withdrawn from the competition. The intros should be a maximum of 40 seconds, introducing yourself and your robot. This can be done with video or audio.
There is still time for other people to join, but you don't have long left!

For anyone interested, I'm currently doing weekly uploads of Banter Wars 1.5, about to upload episode 5 on Friday! This is a series to build to to Series 2 which I starting to look like a pretty big thing! Currently in talks with an animator to make the series look a little smarter and more official. Series 2 will have real prizes at the end. Further details on the A Heap Of Games channel

Submit a robot specifically for it =) You can still do that, but I recently did the draw. It's unlikely you'd make the main competition, but you have a good chance of getting into the side sumo competition.
However, the robots are all comparatively weak compared to those submitted for the challenge belt. Think of Robot Wars Series 2/3 standards. Anything way better than that I won't allow to keep the competition fair and less predicatable. Series 3 will be different, because I'll allow any robot entry, regardless of strength (within reason.)
