Well, it's been almost nine months since my last post :s and so i have a few bots to showcase, a few are my new builds, and a couple i built before my return, all comments and tips are appreciated! Extraordinart Machine & Spark: for a long time i've been trying to build a version of Red Red Red for myself, but as of yet, i can't seem to make a great one, EM was built before i left, and Spark since i've been back, both decent, not sure if i've bettered RRR yet though  Mydr: before you ask, no, it isn't called My Doctor, Mydr is a welsh word (which is where i live now, yay) This was built the other day, my attempt at a juggler, and i have to say, it's been very promising, took a long time to get everything right so i hope you guys like it! Barber Shop Flop 2: a remake of a very old bot i had, pretty affective in battle KOs very quickly, however, there is a problem with it's AI, it just drives into walls every now and again and refuses to move until something rams it, so hopefully someone with better AI knowlage than me can tell me what the kahoonas thats about FISH!: yeah, it's just a joke bot, but i like it :)      Thankies n.b. ACAMS, if you see this can you change the name (from apple) of this thread, for some reason, i can't do it when i edit the first post (i think that's how it used to work) diolch

Hello Skeltar, welcome to the forum, i'd pretty much echo what Reier said and add don't use car steering, ever. have a look around other peoples showcases, infiniteinertia, Clickbeetle, Psycolone, all good places to start and see what can be achieved, and how tight a robot needs to be. and if you need help with anything, or questions on how to do something, don't hesitate to ask. good luck sir.

Hello sakkahr, on GG3 you'd save a shed load of weight stacking batteries, also, is it just the wheels in those side pods, if so, get rid of them, use the weight for more armour, but great job, you've got the concepts perfectly. on S&D3 you seem to be wasting quite a lot of space, and no real need for rear armour, try to minimilize your extender use and try to bulk up the side armour, you've got the stacking here to a t, good job sir

Well, it sure has been a while since i've done anything stock, or such, pretty much played DSL since i've been away from the forums, i'm going to restock this with some older bots bit by bit over the next few weeks, i should start building again soon too, but it'l take me a while to catch up on where i used to be, that's assuming i do catch up. anyway, here's a few boots i made some time ago. so here's three of my favs Techno Sexual - MW Bastoncini Di Pesce - HW Esoteric II - HW    yay

they are in IMG, but i'll have a play around with them.
i do have an AI pack over 120 bots strong, but i'm not sure what to do with that yet.
i've got a few ideas, but before i do anything big a new PC is required me thinks.
i do hope Microsoft hurry up with the dates (if they do) for a free vista-W7 upgrade, so i can work out when and if i want to buy one before the actual release date. either that or i venture into Linux. i'm not sure what to do if i'm honest.

Hello everybody, sorry for the absense been away. and phlox is unlikely to go here unless i tell him to nowadays, appologies for not entering i haven't seen the vidoes yet but click and psy look to have done pretty good jobs. but it is stock, HS spinners and poppers are likely to be pretty rife. maybe i'll stick around.

Im trying to figure out to pronounce Phlox. scratching my head. Is it Flocks? indeed Flocks. If you can't pronounce my name (and if you are in America) you are a retard. Don't you mean the english speaking world? its not called american :)

well, most people reffered to me and my brother as simply "Phlox" (our surname) in primary school (we went to different ones for some reason) but we went to the same grammar school, so his friends always called me "The Barbie Phlox" and it stuck
