That is a realy nice lay out of the post however there a re a few flaws in your battery's, For last rites it only needs 3 ant battery's as there is something wrong with the coding meaning that spin moters only need 1 ant to power them. But snappers need the full amount said in there description.

Looking at the flipper. you could try having springs or the suspension springs. Have the motor set to force the flipper down then signal it to turn off. This would cause a build up of energy released quicker than the electric motors would allow on there own.

First off. Nice to see that the batterys are sorted and you are using the lightest control board. But there is one rather spacey problem, Use the space more wisely and sparingly. If you do go for two NPC Fasts I would start the build again. Mainly because it will give you more weight for a longer bigger faster drum.
This is a big improvement on your previous bots however. 32

So I just caught a virus and instead if paying some one to fix it I have just done a full hard drive wipe. That means ALL my bots are gone, so I will be stealing them off of tournament pages. Also the AI pack that I was working on has well been lost. Although it had only a few teams I had spent quite a while on the UI. Which is a real shame as I wanted to publish it soon.

I agree with every one else, Only one ant (The orange battery) per motor than you will have enough weight for weapons, drive and armour. Although your designs are good, the internal not well designed.
