NEW VERSION!
now it can get under death of angels 2, it can beat hazcon, (just was testing my wedge's quality) and i managed to get under smashbox 2 (sorry no pics) so here it is: ![]() ![]() ![]() also... metal hinge+dsl bar+small wedge=WIN 23

3 seconds after i posted the imaged i realised that it was unrealistic, and also realised that a magmotor on such a small thing was just overkill.

resurrection!
with school, guitar classes and the fact that my computer blew up, this is the only thing i managed to come up with ![]() ![]() it is pretty good, but this really needs a wedge, but i dont know where can i shave weight to put a wedge on it. comments? 25

@MassimoV: in chile, school starts on march and ends on december, anyway, ill try to make it larger so the 3 spinners were on a line.

if i make the chassis tighter, the bot would be unrealistic due to the fact that 3 motors would not fit in, and if i put 2 motors it would be a crappy hazcon clone, the canon fiber extenders are there because i had 4 kgs left and they work as a self righting mechanism, and i dont have the weight for a metal hinge wedge (sometimes the skirt hinge wedges are better, weight wise) still thanks for your commentary.

new version!
![]() ![]() comments? @nfx: would you do me a favor? would you show me how is the motor attached to the chassis of frequency? please? PS: dont expect ¡me posting too much the following days because tomorrow is my first day of school ![]() 28

new version!
this one works well, but still i cant beat spinners ![]() ![]() comments? also, i was watching my blades of fury match against frequency (great job NFX btw) but, how do you make those motor on to spinners? wouldn´t they block the spinner path? 29

just added 2 cf ectenders to the bot and... TADA! self righting mechanism, and the extenders also work as a snowplow, well, alittle bit, anyway expect a complete re-do of the bot.

General Support / my bots just dont work!« on: February 29, 2012, 09:59:08 PM »
example:my dsl worked perfectly for like 1 month, i have 2 teams, lets suppose that team one has bot 1, bot 2... bot6, and team 2 has bot7, bot8... bot12. when i try to play an exhibition match with both 12 from team2, in the name it says the name of a bot from team 1 and in the picture it shows the "insert picture here" and the the game crashes, any ideas why this happens and how to fix it?

i want a srimech because sometimes you can get flipped, havok or anything else, and you have enough time to self-right, it have happened to me so much times, but with this one there is no posible way to self right (i was in a battle against blood runner, he had left 1 wheel and i was flipped, it was going to get counted out but it managed to move and then i was counted out)

@Kurt Wylde: i just wanted to make it simple, and the extender also works as a "anti situations being imbobilised because my back is flat" method, or you can call it "asbibmbif"

DSL TC Showcases / Re: yahutzee´s showcase« on: February 28, 2012, 08:30:08 AM »Silly newbie. I didn't said it couldn't beat hazcon. I meant it was much less clean and more messy than hazcon. i just wanted to prove how powerful it was, and the messy extender work is for this ![]() dunno why, but it works. 36
DSL TC Showcases / Re: yahutzee´s showcase« on: February 27, 2012, 11:58:41 AM »
actually in the first version it used a metal hinge wedge, although in this design the wedge wasn´t that good, then i tried with a ´skirt hinge it worked WAY better, anyway here is the new version (the one in the pic beating hazcon) ![]() ![]() 38
DSL TC Showcases / Re: yahutzee´s showcase« on: February 27, 2012, 07:42:57 AM »
i´m going to do it now, after all, that would give the weight to MOAR WEAPONS, or MOAR ARMOR, or a better snowplow.

originally it was a self righting method i tried, it failed, so i recicled the extender-self roghter from the LW, but still i am too lazy to redo without the bsg, maybe tomorrow i will fix it

looks like i am having a creativity attack today, now i show you... the juggler bro, it was going to be my lw top spinner brother, but then i realised a juggler was better, unfortunately it went out a hazcon clone
