The final boss isn't random. It's BEAST like the game. Anyways, by the time you've done all of the side quests, it's easy.

Okay, downloaded newest version of Serge's complier/decompiler
It works fine for decompiling, but for some reason that's the only thing I can do, it won't give the option of either compiling or decompiling
?
This is the old one that they're talking about: https://gametechmods.com/uploads/files/GMFComp.rarTry that one. Make sure that, when you decompile it, you give it a different name. If you don't, it won't work. :)

 Also, I tried the other motors but they wouldn't fit. They overlapped and I don't have enough weight to move the extenders out slightly.
