At the moment my programming resources are devoted to developing PyGG2: https://github.com/nightcracker/PyGG2 23

Well, I'm basically working on a clone of this in Python (it's written in Game Maker currently), but I figured you guys would love this game as much as I do:
Gang Garrison 2 TF2 8-bit style, 'nuff said. ![]() 28
Modifications / Re: RIPAI: Releases« on: September 28, 2011, 03:27:02 AM »Nowadays pretty much any computer that can open .zip can open .rar too if not.. then update as .rar is better :P NO-ITS-NOT! Do you like freedom, both as in free beer and free speech? Then DESTROY RAR. It's filled with filthy patents and commercial licenses. Not to mention that the .zip's 7-zip (GPL) makes are just as small as WinRAR's .rar's. 29

I have made heavy dark, orange and blue designs in the past (http://tukui.org/blog/), but for my site I like it clean, minimalistic and readable.
Also, you must know I'm a 16 year old (professional) programmer and this is going to be my portfolio, I need it to be professional to show the maturity my birth date doesn't. 36

To give an update, we haven't started at all yet.
I can continue talking/thinking about this once I get back on my own computer, which is still going to take about 1.5 weeks or so. 38

Existing Games / Re: Team Fortress 2« on: September 19, 2011, 09:25:10 AM »well, i have no money, what do i do? is there a way i can fix it so my current graphics card can run it? Sorry to say so, but the Intel 82845G is just too bad for Team Fortress 2, even if you could get TF2 to run it wouldn't be playable, more of a slideshow. From the looks of it I would suggest buying a new computer altogether, this one isn't going to be able to run any modern games. 40
Existing Games / Re: Minecraft.« on: September 19, 2011, 09:22:14 AM »(Image removed from quote.) If you use two times the same seed you will get the same world (with the lava pit), you'll just spawn on a slightly different spot - you'll have to explore to find it. Or the game really bugged out, but the first scenario seems more likely. |
