Yeah they are HP's, that's why I Figured a Supervolt would be good.

I couldnt put the Nifty in because it was JUST too tall for the Electronics board to fit on top of it...but to be honest, the Supervolt gives me more power AND uses more Chassis space anyway, so never mind....as for the T stuff, Just used that idea.

Meh, I Gave up on the whole 'Work whichever way it's on' Idea. I instead decided to use the same tactic that made New Blood so Deadly, the whole 'Spikes on the front which crush and destroy' Tactic.
![]() ![]() I had to use Razors instead of Irons since they were Lighter. 25
Stock Showcases / Re: Lightshock16's Stock Showcase« on: August 23, 2010, 03:17:34 PM »LShock, can you tell us what the weight of this robot is? Also, I suggest you put the DDT on its side, so the weapon flips out light a switchblade. It weigh's 241.3Kg, which is why I'm hesitant to change it TOO much, cause I'm trying to make a Lightweight robot, and another 8 and a bit Kg and it'll become a very light-middleweight. 26

Lol thank you very much guys. I havent started drawing it yet, but my next robot Is going to be called 'Shockwave', and it's Weaponry willc onsist of the Same Saw blade that Thunderbolt and High Voltage use, but this Robot will have a Heavy Axe/Hammer Weapon.

I already posted about it's Clashes with Tempest Eliminator...and my abysmal Driving XP... and that's a good Idea about a spinner. I tried two Vertical Spinners, but even the smallest Diameter was too big. might see If I can change that in a while. 28

Yeah, I was kind abored, and felt like doing a few MS Paint Robots. I'm actually creating an MS Paint team, called 'Team Lightning'. you'll see what i'm on about when you see my bots:
![]() Name: High Voltage Weight: 99Kg Top Speed: 20Mph Weapons: CO2 powered High-PRessure Flipper and a Circular Saw blade Strengths: Powerful Weaponry and Very Agile Weakness': Weak Aluminium Armour and Self-Righting Problem (The Disc Must be stopped for it to self-right, otherwise it digs into the ground and prevent's the robot from self-righting. Some of you might recognise that one from the Robotic Rampage Fantasy Battle topic...but here's a new one I just finished! ![]() Name: Thunderbolt Weight 95Kg Top Speed: 10Mph Weapons: Circular Saw blade (Similar to the one on High Voltage), and Hydraulic Pincers. Strengths: Good Pushing Power, and Invertible (Similar to Tornado). Weaknesses: Unprotected Fibreglass Armour at the Rear, and also quite Easily Flipped. I'll be making more hopefully. ^^ 31

But, I kinda want something that doesnt extend out of the chassis, y'know, I want something that springs out...cause as It is right now, It can run no matter what side it's flipped on...Also, I dont want TOO much weight Adde,d otherwise It'll end up as a very Light-Middleweight.

Well, It's been a little while since I tried making anything on my Stock Game, but I had a go a few moment's ago, and made a Lightweight Robot called 'CuBOY'D'...wierd, chavvy name I know, but you'll understand when you see it:
![]() ![]() I should point out that this robot Is Unfinished, cause I cant think of a weapon to put on it. I'm thinking of something that can start INSIDE the robot...but as you can see, I have little space to put anything like a Piston in...though I could remove one of the batteries for something...still, any advice would be good. 36
Stock Showcases / Re: Lightshock16's Stock Showcase« on: August 18, 2010, 06:47:31 PM »
Ehh, the other Two Robots were Heavyweights, just thought i'd throw a Middleweight in just to see how quickly I could Wreck it...and well, the Picture tells it all LOLS...and remember I took on one of the Starcore Bots...oh, and I forgot to Add that I redid the Battle, and the Second time Round I didnt stupidly drive in the Pit, and I easily Crushed Tempest Eliminator.

Stock Showcases / Re: Lightshock16's Stock Showcase« on: August 18, 2010, 02:12:22 PM »Not doing too badly, I think. Next step may be to download Starcore 1.0, take a look at some of the AI bots in there. Don't go straight for v3.0, you're not ready for it yet. Okay, I'll take a look at that later. thanks :) EDIT: Well, I did what you said and downloaded Starcore V1.0. I put New Blood against a Heavyweight called 'Tempest Eliminator'. It was actually good. I was on the Verge Of destroying his Control Board, but then some foolish driving by me sent me Straight into the Pit. ![]() as for the Advice on the Chassis, I'll take a look in a bit. 40

Okay, I got a few battleshots. Probably not the best, but here ya go!
![]() Lol Two Wheel's on your Wagon...It didnt last much longer, I can assure you. ![]() Oops, there goes another one! ![]() ![]() Oopsie! WHEEE!!! ![]() Bye-Bye Big Dog...Oh lookie, a little Trophy that I knocked off of Backyard Ripper. MINE!!!! ![]() The Team Name Really does say It all LOLS. So as you can see, the main strategy Is usually to render opponent's helpless by Going for their Wheels. Either that, or break their flimsy Weapons off. |
