How'd your bots do?
Speeder went 0-2, Inch-Up went 2-2+rumble.

Lessons learned:
Anti-Spinner plows are god-sends

Tiny wheels with aluminum hubs are curses in disguise

Front hinge lifters are surprisingly effective

Battles can be won or lost with just one screw

QD CONNECTORS ARE THE FU**ING WORST

Can I just say how amusing it is that you can literally armor your bot with cardboard?

What parts are you even using?

Most of the really hardcore replicas are made by editing the botfile, and a majority of them are impossible to build legitimately. From the sound of it, you've imported the DSL replica parts into the RW mod, and most of the DSL replicas were made with Clickbeetle's BFE shenanigans.

Again, the vague descriptions are not helping. What parts are having issues, and can the replica can even be built legitimately?

I wonder how well a Viper kit can take hits from a bot three times its size. The Vipers are well built, but not THAT well built.
Best of luck though.

good to know literally nothing has changed with you andy. i figured you'd have given up and moved onto some other website to troll by now

Please show me how I've trolled since my return.

Protip: You can't.

I made less than 10 posts and then you guys attacked me when you realized who I was and I gave it right back. I never instigated any of it.

It's not like I really tried to hide my identity. In fact, I tried to make it blatantly obvious. I even have messages from Craaig and Thyrus discussing the matter before any of you chuckle****s even had a clue.

Gee, its almost like being a generally unlikable asshole for a long time has made almost everybody here dislike you for some reason. What are the odds?

Fun fact, the only thing on the pro skater 5 disc is the demo. Activision lost the rights to the series 1 day after they released the game, so they had no time to delay the release. So they just put the demo on the disc and finished the rest of the game in the 2ish weeks between printing the discs and releasing the game. So you need to dl a >7GB 'patch' to play. This patch is you literally just downloading the game.
Somebody watched Guru Larry's video.

I don't know much about Tony Hawk, other than that game recently made. Falling through the floor madness!

You're doing it again.

The E-tek on its own is not sufficient for drive. Only the e-tek with the gearbox is capable of drive. Either go with that or switch to NPC motors.

Make it simple pal.

Other than having four wheel drive, there is no reason to chain the wheels off the drills. Just mount the wheels directly to the output shaft of the drill and all will be well.

A simpler method of getting the lifter to work would be a linear actuator. Its a fair bit slower than a drill, but its easy to set up and doesn't take up much space. Just remember that a motor at near stall will eat a lot of amps, so make sure your battery can safely provide the juice it needs.

One major thing that can help us is to provide a rough sketch of your design, doesn't matter if its pretty or not, just so long as its clear what is what. You can do this in what ever method is easier for you, just make sure its clear or nobody else can read it.

Need insides and what armor you're using m8.

You're doing everything right so far, just a few suggestions:

Only use the center attachment point on skirt hinges for flat to the floor wedges, using any other attachment point on them ruins the whole wedge.

Longer wedges are better than shorter wedges when a wedge war comes up

Don't bother with srimechs, they eat weight that is better served elsewhere. Make it invertable, have the weapon double as a srimech, or don't bother.

You still have weight left over, use it.

Its better to have one disc with extenders than three discs. They weigh less and will let you use more weapons.

I'd be more willing to play highlander compared to 6s, if only because I could go either engie or spy.

From my own experiences:
The closer a wedge is to being level with the ground, the better it is

The more weight at the front, the better the wedge is

The longer the extender the wedge is attached to is, the better the wedge is

The less ground clearance a bot has with wedge has, the better the wedge is

The more junk attached to a burst motor with a wedge is(most common with blue extenders), the worse the wedge is

Emergency wedges will always be inferior to small wedges in terms of wedginess, but are wider and can serve as armor in a pinch

Burst motor hierarchy that I found effective: Blue<DDT<Snapper2(But only when attached with the burst arm perpendicular to the floor(Lengthwise near the floor or width-wise))

Kids like you should be playing OFF.

39
-Uneven wedges are a no. Mount the Snapper 2 motors perpendicular to the chassis to improve the wedges

-There is no reason to have the drive motors hanging out, get them internal to save a little bit of weight

-Try to get HP-Ztek drive, they only add ten more kilos

-Stay away from angle connectors, they waste a ton of weight
