I like it, it looks very original for a lightweight. I think the bear spinners need to have longer reach to be effective.

Thanks, I wanted to build a LW with dual "disc" weapons and decided the best way was to make the "disc" out of extenders and save a bunch of weight (like I did for my AW's). The bear claws should be ok, they are on the extenders that come out the furtherest and all spinning weapons make it past the ramming/protection razors.

Is it for Maximum Overkill?

Indeed, I wasn't satisfied with just sending old bots so I made this one to go along with them :P

No mic, no facecam, just me putting together some AI vs AI matches. I have a bunch of different AI packs and arenas so come chill out and perhaps vote on what you want to see!

Dropping frames so playing around with settings, hopefully stream will be back up soon!

Hey all, long time no see! I have been in Project Spark beta now for many weeks and wanted to share my thoughts and a couple of beta keys!

This game is pretty amazing, I have about 0 coding knowledge and have been able to make my own in a few of weeks of on and off game time and get it nicely polished. Here are some older screenshots of it (I'm constantly updating it):

Some screenshots from other games that people have made with Project Spark:

If anyone is interested leave a comment or PM me on why you would like to get into the Beta and you might get one. I only have 2 Beta keys to give away.

when you buy a game you should own it and be able to sell/trade as you please.

You mean just like Steam... oh wait. To be honest, as it was, the Xbox ONE could have been a bit like Steam, but nobody really gave it a chance as it was (probably because of the whole preconception of 'a console should be this'). Saying that, I don't think Microsoft fully explained their reasoning either. And as for 'ermagerr dont buy it because they churnged it so murr purrple would buy it'. So what? They listened to complaints and changed it to be more appealing to the consumer. And isn't that what business is all about? To mold your product into something that customers want to buy, that partners want to support, and the developers want to develop for, to listen to the feedback and use that feedback to help your product become something more people will want?

How dare they listen to the complaints of the consumer.
Xbone wouldn't have steam sales, plus steam is apparently going to let you trade/sell your digital games soon. If you think Microsoft listened to the feedback why were they so stubborn about sticking with it during interviews and such? They only changed policies because the pre-orders were going to the outhouse.

If he couldn't AI it why proceed to brackets/vids? usually you wait until all bots are AI'd so there are no changes when the bots are revealed. Everyone is bending braking the rules these days without anything being done, I remember when I was going to change a bot and people would have none of it but whatever I guess things are different for different people.

I'll have to talk to Trov about this because it's happened a few times lately.

I think it's obvious MS were committed to the DRM policies, the only reason they back peddled is because not enough units would have sold and pre-orders were going terribly. Just wait until they pull the ol' bait and switch now:

1. Remove DRM to get more sales, but also take away family sharing.
2. Loads more dummies buy.
3. Advertise the hell out of the family sharing patch.
4. Bring back DRM (hidden in fine print) with the family sharing patch.

They were trying to screw the consumer over, when you buy a game you should own it and be able to sell/trade as you please. Microsoft was just kissing the ass of developers and letting them know they would get more money due to having DRM in place and now they want people to believe that they want what is best for the consumer? Haha, nope.

Again it's like a cheating ex-gf who wants you back, should never be trusted. Plus there are devs complaining about the used game market like they are the only industry with one, what a bunch of money hungry pigs.

If you really want an Xbone, I suggest waiting a year or even two just to watch how they treat the consumer first. I don't want MS screwing over people who spent money on their product, it just means they know they will know they can get away with stuff like that in the future.

Microsoft will now always be considered as a dirty ex-gf who wants you back despite having slept with your worst enemy behind your back. Anyone who trusts them deserves any crap they are dealt for trusting them again.

Gaze at the Mighty Naryar and despair, for victory is his and his alone!

Speaking of Gaze... why has Ty4er's bot been changed? I liked mine and Venko's chances against there original team a lot better and a large VS replacement seems a bit dodgy considering Venko's bot.

you gotta remeber bbeans was huge not small like this on
Loads of tournaments post more then 1 video per round of uploading and a 15 team, double elimination tournament is not small.

Yes, you prefer. Others might not mind that much.
30-33 days for the stock portion to be completed at this rate.
33-36 for the DSL portion.
63-69 days to complete both.

I see no point prolonging it that much as I said before people might lose interest.

I prefer it when people post a bunch of vids then have a break then post another bunch (like how BBEANS worked), 1 match every 3 or so days is very slow and people have to wait ages to watch their bots compete. If anything I'd say it will lose some interest from people at this rate.
