Here's Cyber-swish Generic design, but meh =/ Strengths: Speedy for a VS and can Oota robots occasionally Weaknesses: Balance bars break easily

Something extremely odd is happening to my game. Twice now my teams have been corrupted after the game crashes. Both times I was testing out my new middleweight (the one in the showcase) in a competition, which crashed after I won. When I loaded the game back up, all the teams below the one that the middleweight was in was gone. You could still go in, but there was no name, no motto, no logo and no robots, although strangely enough, the robots were still there in the teams folder, but the Teams file was completely messed up. Anyone know why this happened and what I can do to prevent it happening again?

Well if that's the case, then I guess I'll mention a few other things that could be fixed. Raise the HP of the following: Hypno tooth (although not by much), Typhoon spike, Ziggo shell. It's kind of silly for the main body to fly off after a few hits, even if it is a lightweight. Improve Techno Destructo's flipping power. It feels kind of weaker than it should be, considering its size. Enlarge Dominator 2. Comparing it with its real life companion, Dominator 2 is really small. It isn't very practical either, because its axe is underpowered and often knocks itself off-balance. Fix Vlad's srimech. Yeeeah, I know this was kinda of dealt with in 2.1, but it feels a lot more glitchy now, with the srimech pulling the robot around the arena. Maybe lower the power? Shrink the enviroment in the Pyramid arena. I lag a lot there, and this could easily be fixed by shrinking the amount of sand in the place. Remove a few things from the Battlebots arena. To be honest, the BBarena feels extremely cluttered, so perhaps the spinners and the flippers could be removed, maybe the pistons too. It'd also be nice to see the 2player tournaments changed to match the 4player ones. I prefer 1v1 matches myself, but if I want to play in arenas other than the Stock ones, I have to switch to 4player.
Also, I think Kronic, Iron Awe and Dantomkia are worthy of replicas, but that could come in a much later patch ^_^;

Ok, I was having problems getting the weight up, so I downgraded the armour and removed a battery or two made it into my first decent Middleweight.

Yeah, those are weapon motors. I was trying to make a spinner with decent mobility (most of my HS' are quite sluggish) The extra wheels are for balance sake, but I guess I don't really need them. Thanks for the advice, I'll give it a good workover after lunch

Finally made a showcase; my robots aren't all that great which has put me off making one, but I might as well. This is Frazzle 2, a remake of one of my first spinners. Pros: It can still spin upsidedown Cons: Its weapon breaks to easily and doesn't cause enough damage Anyone know what I should replace them with?

Ah well, I think Skurge did pretty well considering its opponents. It's battles were entertaining to say the least :P I think I'll try and improve Flack and enter them in the next tournament I enter, as long as it has walls it can flip out of xD

Ok, I admit I'm probably wrong with most of my predictions ^_^; With some of those robots I can't really see how it works and I don't know how fast it moves or whether I can avoid the weapons. These are just based on what I can see =P I'll likely get owned xP Oh yeah, and I did try rebuilding Skurge at one point, a lot smaller, weapons more concentrated, but it wasn't as effective :S Edit: Oh, and I think I should mention that I also mostly made these predictions based on my driving skills as I have no idea how the AIed version will control

Haha, I completely forgot to check this over the past week. Since I haven't actually been drawn up against anyone yet, I'll just make predictions for any robots Robots I could probably beat Lousy launcher Facemelikeaman Classy Paintjob TORQUE Shadow (looks way too unstable and I think I can get under it easily) Blah
Robots I have a chance at beating if I'm lucky Mako 4 (If I can get underneath it) Archi (Again, the weapon will be easily avoidable, should I get underneath) Speed King (Depends how things go) Destroyer (The body is begging to be clawed) Thor 3 (Wedges again) Lut Ze (Same as Thor) Pinball (Same as Speed King) PSI (Same as Thor) Deprivator (Same as Thor) Humdrums (Is that a clusterbot? It all depends on how good their weapon is) Mutant Dragonfly
Robots that'll own me Goodbye Blue Sky (Tracks take forever to knock off and those weapons look deadly) Infernal Contraption (Even if I get underneath it, that weapon could probably still hit me. And I might have to face it *gulp*) Far Cry (There's no way I'm getting under that thing) Obzen Morse Code Breaker (Gammaraze is hard. I don't want to think about what this'll be like) Epic Flailure (Not too sure how it works, but if ClickBeetle made it then I doubt I have a chance) Daisy Might (Looks incredibly heavy so I doubt I can get under it at all) Steel Meatball (T_T)
Hehe. You guys have no idea how good Skurge is? Well...I can't blame you. It looks basic and neither of the videos I have of it demonstrate how good it is...But it's my second best damage scoring robot. The first is a remake of Triclops, but I didn't want to enter that. My best actual robot is a flipper called Flack, but unless I'm actually controlling it, it'll probably get owned.

Ok, it's nowhere near as good as RA2. But it's not a waste of money >_>

Did you back up your Stock game? Just go to the UI folder and replace the DSL one with the stock one

By the way, what the have you done to Chaos 2? It can't even self-right anymore o_O I don't mind the lessened power, but no shrimech? Ew.

I'd do it, if you didn't mind low quality footage (use this as a reference for the quality: )

Had to do a lot of work to get this working correctly, as I've done a lot of messing with my teams, but I finally got it working. Thermidor 2's brilliant ^_^ Edit: Judge doesn't self-right for some reason though

DSL is designed to be stand alone and NOT MODDED! You should use mods in all games EXCEPT DSL! Do AI packs count?
