Battlebots had "better" robots than robot wars did. Robot wars had more "creative" robots than battlebots did. Some Robot Wars bots competed in BattleBots, and they didn't as good as they did in Robot Wars. Hypnodisk was one of the robots that caused the most damage in RW, but that was only in the first few seasons when all the other robots had poor protection. In comparison to BB, the robots in robot wars were far less destructive.
What do you mean ""better" robots"? Robot Wars had the most powerful heavy weight flippers in the world. Take WBC and Gravity for example. And don't forget RW had some nifty rammers and spinners.

No. This is Beta, made by the people who made Terrorhurtz for RW(who are British). Beta was made for BB, but broke down or something.

That's amazing. So will there be a few more British bots in DSL:TC 2.0?

No, they did a lot of stuff and were the main developers of DSL. So? Darkrat and Starcore didn't say they were going on a vacation. They just abandonned us. That's what it seems to me.

So 1 main member's dead, and the other 2 buggered off. Do you think it's time for a name change?

Well I know FB isn't going to update the Battlebox anytime soon... those screw hazards are too complicated to make with grape crates (his arena building blocks). Plus he's already working on another, bigger arena project... something that's never been done before, going to be very cool and very fun... you'll just have to wait to see it. If the Battlebox is going to get updated it would be goose or ACAMS that did it and I don't know if they're planning to.
The Ocean Platform was made by FB btw. Not me. He does all the arenas and I do all the replicas and parts. Oops. Sorry. @FB-Great job, FB.
