I finally decided to make a MW 18HS, it's the standard with 15 bears and 3 maces. Any comments?

Keeping up with the AWs (I guess I like building them) my first non HS on my showcase. Its a basic rammer with DSA and 3 razors. If I give it plastic I can upgrade to 3 irons. Any Comments? I'm not sure what I can do with the 4 extra kilos but that's the least of my worries currently.
Edit: that first AW I showed (The DSA one) is quite good at taking out plastic armor bots ![]() 23

Sorry for double post but I just saw SqurrielMonkey's edit and I already had a bot like that but I never showcased it.
Plastic with 90 kilos of weapons. 27

So I got my Pathfinders II entry here, a 33HS called Chaotic Outcry.
DSA (Obviously) 33 maces Grannies 7 casters (3 bottom 2 front 2 bottom + front) The three missing maces are on the inside right hpz. Any feedback and/or criticism is greatly appreciated. 28

So instead of working more on Coma I decided to make my first AW, which is a 1WD HS with DSA. I will probably make a version with a nifty and plastic armor to go along with this but overall I think it is pretty decent for my first AW, but I'm no expert here.
I wasn't sure whether the wheel would be better on the outside or inside, so I have another version with the wheel on the outside. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! 31

Sadly it seems as if simply changing the chassis shape will not save enough weight to keep DSA. Below I have an image of what the product is (the extra RAD is to replace the Nifty in terms of weight) and so I think I would somehow have to use other methods to save weight (i.e. plastic, or using claws instead of the front mace).
I understand that it is not a perfect chassis but I don't think a perfect chassis would save the kilos needed. Any feedback or other suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks! Edit: On a side note, should I make a showcase for my brother's (who is 10) DSL and Ironforge bots? He generally just makes whatever either using CF or going way overweight but he seems to have a ton of fun, and he's actually using axle wedges on a couple bots. Lemme know what you guys think. 32

Sorry for another really long wait but as per Virus Bomb's advice the drive RADs are on the baseplate.
it's gonna havok a lot because it's a lw hs with a hpz powered weapon all built on a snapper in a tiny chassis. you should put the drive motors on the baseplate to reduce havok. Not much to say otherwise, except for now it has plastic armor and bear claws instead of the razors. Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks! 33

Hey! Sorry for the long wait, I kinda forgot about it but I did get Coma to be invertible:
However, when it does become invertible most of the time it just havoks into spikeball mode, which is probably better, but I don't know, I just got my account about a month ago. I changed the 40cm extender holding the drive and HPZ to a 20cm one and on the second side AP I put a 90 degree angle connector (had to get the RADs lower with only 4kg to use) and put the two extenders holding the drive on it, and the HPZ is still on the end AP. With the 40cm extender swapped out for the 20cm extender, it helps protect the motor and drive more which I should have figured out the first time I made it. The only glaring problem is that it is highly susceptible to hammers but otherwise it seems pretty good, an I'm wondering if there's been another bot like this, although I won't be surprised if there are many. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! 34

For Coma, I'm going to make the extender holding the HPZ a 20cm one and with the extra 4kg I could probably do some extender work to make it invertible.
For the 36HS, I was thinking of using the weight to add 3 maces to a spinner somehow or put some armor on it. I have a ton of homework and an essay to write for English so it'll probably be a couple days before I can work on them. 35

The RADs are attached by a sideways extender attached to the snapper II

Stock Showcases / Re: Herabitix's Stock Showcase« on: February 24, 2020, 03:08:32 PM »They're pretty generic, but that's probably a good thing, it shows you have the fundamentals down, and it looks like you actually might have built them using glitches which is a plus. I think the way you have the first one built is indeed better, esspecially for tying to take on wide popups. Thanks for the feedback, and speaking of glitches, I made this havok bomb of a LW: It has DSA and everything but the nifty and the CB are on a single Snapper II. Once it goes spikeball, it doesn't stop until either it dies, its opponent dies, or the match ends. I'm not sure if I should replace the irons with maces but it ends up being pretty deadly against any bot that isn't an anti-HS (which is probably expected out of a HS). Any feedback helps with making a better version of this would be greatly appreciated! For anyone wondering, its name is Coma. 37

Hello people. I exist and have already played RA2 for a while. I build stock and mostly LWs at that but I'd love to be a part of this community!

So I have some bots to show off, starting with a couple of 36HS. The first one is Ripper IV which seems more fragile but it beats the other one I have.
I don't know how well it faces in tournaments with other bots I just know that it kills some of my personal AI bots and loses to armored popups a lot. My other bot is Zephyr, which is the first 36HS I made and it works probably just as well as Ripper IV. Both have DSA and run on two blacks and 4 bursted HPZ for the weapons. I tried to make a third one but the left drive motor always got AGOD'd ![]()
