That discs is actually a little to big. Might want to swap the motor for something more powerful. Or shrink the disc size.
And yea, you're gonna need a cage on that.

NEVER going to replace discs with DSL bars. They break way too easily. DSL bars to me belong on LW and Armour. And yes, I'm aware that DSL bars are stronger (don't know why I didn't use them in the first place) than flipper makers. I'm not at my computer right now so I can't fix that yet.
Alright then.

Extender work is still bad, and 6WD is doing it wrong.
Do you actually improve ?
Not really. What's wrong with 6WD?

Actually, yes, DSL bars are better for armor. A tornado gearbox is more powerful if I'm not mistaken, and you might want to replace the disc with a DSL bar instead.

Updated IMpact. Addressed some of the issues. Some. Not all. I'm sorry Squirrel_Monkey, it just... I can't put any other wheel on there because it just looks weird with the whole discs setup larger than the bot itself. Not only that, but with any other wheel it goes REALLY slow. At least now it has supports. And the srimech works like a dream. Weapons don't really do that much damage actually. Either that or Second Sentinel has some really tough armor.

Massive exposed wheels= Whaddya mean it's not IRL? Electric Boogaloo had a wheels like this. And so do Overkill and Techno Destructo. No disrespect, but what's wrong?
They didn't have 6 of them making up over half of the hittable surface of the bot.
True. True.

And instead of srimechs you could just make it straight up invertible.
Not sure how I can do that.

Ew uneven wheel spacing. At least make it look less flimsy. - thin metal skirts for srimech = not IRL EDIT: Much better, I like it. - Invincible bottom armour = not IRL - Unsupported weapon axles = not IRL - Massive exposed wheels = not IRL
Not trying to be mean, just saying my mind.
Speaking of Minion clones, take a look at what my interpretation was back in the day, might help explain my points.
Invincible bottom armor= Yea, I'm gonna remove one or two of 'em. Unsupported weapon axles= I'll get on it, had a bit of extra weight anyways. Massive exposed wheels= Whaddya mean it's not IRL? Electric Boogaloo had a wheels like this. And so do Overkill and Techno Destructo. No disrespect, but what's wrong?

I just realized that the srimech system was absolute garbage. Nonstop havoks and most of the time it didn't self right, it just did a little front flip then landed on it's back. Again. So, I used the original srimech system Minion used. Had a bit of extra weight, decided to reinforce the motor extenders. Now, if only there were any DSL SHW tournaments...

I once tried to build a HW Minion clone, but it didn't work out aswell as yours has.
Thanks! Just hope it's IRL. It's my most promising SHW so far.

After some testing, I decided that Guardian was having way too much difficulty winning matches. So I built a new SHW for BB7. Meet, IMpact. Armor is 3mm Plastic. The alu panels are there for motor protection. It also has a srimech system in the form of two alu panels attached to two judge bursts. Insides: It also has motor support and full underside protection in case. I'm really not quite sure if this is even IRL. I hope it is. Because I really don't want to enter Guardian.

Hmm, not bad. I've seen worse.
Inward facing motors, rather unique. Not sure if that's good though...
It seems to me Dauntless' chassis is actually holding back opponents from the saw, if possible you might want to get a bigger saw of maybe make the extender longer, or if possible, cut down on the chassis size because there seems to be quite some empty space. Also, I can see that you're using a Aluminum extender, might want to replace it with Polycarbonate since the saw will be holding opponents back anyways. And if I'm not mistaken, the motors you used on the wheels are actually supposed to be for weapons, not driving. But I could be wrong here. What armor does it use?
Hellcat, ah, a rammer/hammer hybrid. You might want to remove the hammer because then it'd be intersecting with the rammer parts, thus not making it IRL enough to join most tournaments. You still have around 60 KG of extra weight, might want to upgrade the wheels (Techno Destructo's and Hypno wheels are the best) And also, what armor?
Other than that, they're fine.

Wanna really impress? Make it 2 on 1. Would make a better challenge.
And did you AI your bot?

Spiderbite: Ditch the pinks and grannies, get a nifty and shinies and upgrade the weapon motors. Cautionary Point: If you're aiming for a 36HS, then I suggest doing some more research (snapper loading is a must-know in order to build them). Not too bad though. Hurricane: Since this is a HS, you should probably focus less on armor and more on weapons. Get rid of the plows and a black (you could just use a nifty for this if you wanted to), minimize empty space and get a lot more weapons. Hurricane Evo: Use shinies, ditch extra armor and the wedge and get more weaponry. Box with Spikes: Change wheels to shinies, use one or two blacks and get either more motors or more weapons to fill up the leftover weight. No Name: Put the wedges on burst motors, change wheels to rubbers and if you have enough weight left over, see if you can get any front protection.
I see potential in you, be sure to keep building. Just remember though, stock typically takes a lot more patience than DSL. It took me more than a month to finish my first 36HS.
Spiderbite: Don't have enough space to squeeze in a more powerful motor. Cautionary Point: What's snapper loading? Hurricane: If I add anymore weapons the motor won't spin fast enough Hurricane Evo: Alright. Box with Spikes: The weapons are heavy to the point it keeps tipping. Might make it a spinner/rammer hybrid though. No Name: How do you put ramplates on wedges so neatly? Like Seism 13 did?

Clearly chassis isn't tall enough to be SFTW.
It's the South East cousin of SFTW. Asians are supposed to be short.
