Off-Topic Discussion / Re: Convert ISO to WMV? (and some other stuff)
« on: September 18, 2010, 01:30:48 PM »
Ok.  I'm having a problem opening them in Windows Movie Maker, when I right click the icon it doesn't give the option "Open with... (choose program), only "Play" or "play with VLC".

When I open Windows Movie Maker and select the mounted ISO, it just takes me to 2 empty subfolders marked "AUDIO_TS" and "VIDEO_TS"

"VIDEO_TS" contains the video files you want, just open them with a media player.

"SC2: choose who to side with?
Me: Scary Jamaican Dude or Hot Blond Girl? Well this choice is pretty easy... "

When it comes time to choose storylines in SC2 you can tell I have the fate of the galaxy as my number 1 priority :P

Tosh is awesome :O I went with him.

The game Features both PvE and PvP, battle Super Villians inside and outside lairs, help people in need and more in PvE or battle other champions in an array of hero games each of which has its own style of gameplay and arena.

Free expansions! that's right Champions Online is the first MMO to release free expansions that are known as adventure packs to it's players. These packs feature brand new content such as new lairs/super villians, new missions/story arcs, new costume pieces and more!

get a forge up if your worried about an early rush then get some cannons up, just make sure your placement is good and the pylon is protected.

Artisto - "artisto was an artist trying to make it in the big time when he discovered a strange ink inside a lab and stole a sample and used it to create a new artwork not knowing that it would come to life, using the ink he created a beast and took over the lab and now resides there constantly creating "realisitic" artwork the likes the world has never seen before."

early marine rushes aren't really that good in SC2, I really only see ling rushes work.. terran tend to bunker rush and protoss tend to cannon rush.

I love the interactive campaign area's like the ship and bar (name is very close the JoeYar :P)

I just finished the escort mission you talked about Ian.. hooray for Marine spam

Firebats rock for that mission and lots of medics.

Marine spam is good cause you can attack air units and not bother about vespene gas.

until you run into a bunch of thors or tanks  :gawe: .

as long as you live in the same region as us (Australia - South East Asia) then you can play with us  . Also I got my firebat portrait just then, Terran is OP!  :gawe: I still like Zerg more though.

This tournament is on hold due to the finals arena being lost as a result of Joe's computer problems and the box still being unfinished  :frown: hopefully it will be ready someday in the not to distant future.

I can't think of anyone who would want one, I play with my bro and 2 others and no one else I know would want to play so maybe a friend of yours can use it.

When we start our 2v2 team Joe we should go Terran and Zerg with the Terran player getting medivacs because they heal biological units (all Zerg units are Biological if I'm not mistaken  :gawe: ), I just won a 2v2 random game using that strategy I also had vikings and tanks ;) .

how about we use a template splash for entries and then whoever wins can send in the original splash?

I thought, that I could win with my bluebird of happiness...

no becasue what you are doing is ripping off past entries... its a sure way to get not many votes.. people have tried it in the past trying to get votes becasue people think your someone else...

really people should vote on robots and not on people...

example being this month... people voting against mine due to fighting ability... fair call... people voting against mine due to the fact they dont want who they think is me to win... isnt how you should be voting.

and click's redbird bot actually used chained weapon motors, I can't see any chained motors on that bluebird bot.

really people should vote on robots and not on people...

Yeah right. Makes you wonder why the only two people with a large fanbase keep winning.

click's and joe's bots were the stand outs for me, it has nothing to do with fanbase O.o I believe that they spend more time then others trying to build unique bots when the other builders just build stacked HS's and standard popups most the time.

Everything Terran (including the wall-in) is faceroll in SC2 at the moment, they are going to balance some things out in the patch coming soon which is also going to nerf zealot and reaper rushes  .

you can use other buildings too because they can lift off and have more HP then supply depots, and don't forget to put your marines at the back of the wall-in inside bunkers so they can't get picked off by stalkers (a unit in SC2  ).
