Remove the frontal wheels, Put the motors on Baseplate Anchors instead, and get some Z-teks for drive (HP or normal depends on the weight you have left.
HSes do NOT need speed.
Redbirds or RADs are fine for MWs.
You're right, they don't, but if the bot's not entirely focused on weaponry, then it does.

The only ways I know of minimising it are to
1: Make it smaller which results in redoing the whole bot.
2: Filling in the gaps which adds MORE weight (NO anti-ballasts)
Also, DSA is apparently the same weight as aluminium. He's still heavyweight when he's PLASTIC.
Post a picture. Lot easier to tell you what to do that way.
