Yet 123 already told some of us on Skype that it's impossible to BFE chassis point into a non-existent bot file. When you open the chassis grid on a BFE'd bot file it will crash the game. That means he couldn't have created the the bot file and then edited it.

i trash picked a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro a couple of years ago. i don't really do anything with it though.
Yeah, I got mine from a thrift shop for a buck. It sees minimal use.
its amazing what college kids throw away... you can find so much at the ends of terms.
That and the next business days after Christmas. Those places become gold mines.

yeah, I'm not stupid I'm aware I can't just drop my assembly files into RA2 and use it, It's a brand new robot set for the UK Champs in March and RoboGames in April, so I'm keep it under wraps for now, so no, no images.
I'm looking to find out how to make the 3D files into components that I can use in the game, if someone can point me at a how to guide or would like to do it themselves please leave a message.
Please note that you must use 3DSMax 5 to create custom components. It is the only modeling program RA2 will work with... And yes, it does have to be that version.
