PREDICTION TIME!
Winner: Haymaker - Infiniteinertia -Nothing's powerful enough to get close to this in a regular fight.
Second: Layziee - Pyscolone -Too well built to lose to much. I can really only see it losing to 3 bots.
Darkhorse: Enfilad3 - R0B0SH4RK -A well-built wedge and sufficient KO power should defeat most.
Others to look out for: Ham-mer Sandwich 2 - sage : Wedgeless bots beware. Go Barbie, Go! - Barbie : A mw Shebeast? Red Tide VI - Firebeetle : Tough looking drum. Thumper - JoeCB1991 : The only tribar HS :O DoaMadman - Jules : It'll either be a MW Mako, or fail. Hard.
Well, that's 25% of the whole field there, so there's a good chance I could be right :P
And what does Botreactor's bot do? Is it a side hammer?

As a general rule, instead of using pink batteries, use a single nifty (orange) battery. It lasts longer and is the same weight as 2 pinks.
Also, 1 black battery is generally enough to power most middleweights. In Crazy Canary, if you remove the two pinks, you will save 16 kg's, which might be enough to upgrade your drive to something better, or your weapon motors to HPZteks.
Good first bots. With more practice, you'll only get better.

IT'S A WORKING HELICOPTER!! YAYY!! Not a serious bot at all. It uses the trinity glitch and gets up to a high enough speed with the one HPZtek to take flight suprisingly quickly. IF it hits, it's damaging, but that's very rare. I like flyers :D EDIT: I'll post some action/battleshots later today if I get around to it.

Oh god. Double post.
Top ten rules of building bots. (Satire)
1) Smaller chassis make chicks like you. True. Ask Barbie. 2) Ztek moar - It's never enough. Also true. 3) use the same 4 weapons or the boogieman will eat you. No, just venko, not the boogieman. 4) Tribars are cruise control to cool. You've been spending too much time on your computer to know and parody these... 5) Even with cruise control, you still have to IRONS SPAM. A mace is fine too. 6) Castor armour is the perfect armour. And DSA. 7) Battle axes make you look dumb. Yup. 8) Snow ploughs ONLY. Repeat after me: RAMPLATE. 9) One sided pickaxe's are the best way to go. ORLY? 10) If you robot is origonal, you arn't doing it right. If your robot is inneffective, you aren't doing it right. If it's original and effective, you're probably one of the few that has taken the 4-motor etc, etc. challenge and passed. It's like the generic MW popup test, which is "can you build a MW popup with 3 DDT's, 2HPZtek drive, rubber wheels, 2 black batteries, DSA, a small wedge, and 8 razor tips?" They help you get better by forcing you how to learn how to build to maximize your chassis space, etc.
If you are offended by this, See a local therapist. NOW. All that being said, sometimes (like for BOTM entries), a larger chassis can benefit you in the looks department, but in battle, it's just a larger target. Basically, what you're telling us though with your whining is that you don't want to get better at all. We're trying to help, but you seem dead-set on rejecting all common knowledge from people who know what they're talking about, unlike you.

its basically the same thing as ultimatum, absolute chaos, 28, horizontal verizon, plucky... ...except I beat both Worm Hole, and Ultimatum (I think) at the same time with 28 :P ....yeah, I got lucky...

certian components in RA2 have distinct advantages over many others, and are used very often because of that.
Ever seen an effective bot using spiked clubs or battle axes? Nothing against you, but your ability to build bots will be greatly stunted until you learn what weapons are the most efficient for what types of bots. There are absolutely zero advantages over using a battle axe over a few iron spikes or razor tips.

Damn, I'm going away today, and I get back on the day of the voting, so unless the deadline is extended, which it probably won't be, I won't be able to enter this one...

I find it funny how everyone now complains about the 4-spinner 36-spike bots.
Generic, as they say.
And venko is probably the only person that actively criticizes them and can make them too.
There is a reason that they remind you of those spinners. It's because certian components in RA2 have distinct advantages over many others, and are used very often because of that.

I'm sending you my kinda rough rebuild of M.A.D. Civil Disobedience looks awesome, and DEADBEAT looks like quite a formidable hammer. You and sage working together on Backyard Ripper? I'm expecting something epic then

Good. It would help us help you though if we could see what your best robots were. Please post some of your best so we can see what you can do and help accordingly :)
