I'm not certain a Snapper would work here without dropping to a Nifty. Which would require a chassis a bit taller than this one, just to point out. And I imagine the weaponry would wobble quite a lot and affect turning somewhat, if Death By Purple 3's anything to go by.
IMO it would do alot better with a snapper because it would make the chassis smaller.

Balsa wood is a very soft wood, but 9 inches is almost 23 centimeters. If you can actually break through that, I would be quite impressed.
CHECK MA EDIT Yeah I think breaking balsa is fun, especially if it's the crappy kind because it explodes :D
