Well even if its just a flipper, you want to build to the weight limit (which is 800kgs, ur at 582). Also, most DSL builders go by the "realistic" rule (basically avoid ever having components go through things they couldn't in real life, such as batteries or that burst motor in your robot).
I would widen and flatten the chassis, add armor using your extra weight, use better drive motors (NPC fasts work well, or ETEKS if you really want speed). The better wedges are axle mount wedges. Hinge wedges (like yours) are fairly ineffective. And stock is boring? NO. 1910
