I'd personally love to but only if you really want to smashy. Is your bot in your showcase?

I hope all 16 bots are realistic enough, I'd hate it if some nice bots were bumped out by "questionables".
But I guess it goes with luck of the time zones, I sent my bots literally the second I was awake and missed out.

Replacing bots goes by time of submission only, I think. Updating them, not sure. If it's an entirely different robot, then I would consider that placeholding, and thus cheating someone else out of a spot.
My original bot is fine and perfectly within the IRL spirit and thus not a "placeholder". I would simply prefer to use a different bot. I'm happy to do either.

Anyway, what's the rules on replacing bots?

As in sending updates?
Yes, I wanted to send in a new MW, but evidently this may be considered unfair.
Also, how far was I out of making it into the HW bracket?

I'd go with JD's voting system next time.

I didn't get it until Jonzu posted in the gift thread. Shows my lack of video games knowledge.

Oh. Away for the weekend, and now every last space is gone.

Bugger.
Which weight class do you want? I'd be happy to let you take one of my spots; it seems a bit unfair I have all four.
smashy, if you drop out, it would be the next to have sent who gets the spot.

If I sent a different MW would I lose my spot?

Actually does more damage as the wedge spikes come into play...
Might enter into BB5 instead of re-using Crimson Blades.

Damaging brittle weapons are almost never used IRL.
By axle support, I meant that at the moment the drum is only supported on one side, there needs to be axle supports on the outside of the drum.

Yeah, those drums are literally attached to a tiny axle.

Face Spinners exist IRL
Door Hinge wedges are fine in certain places.
Sponsors are not part of Combat Robotics much anymore.
SnSs can act like a whipper rather than melty-brain
Burst motors are in n way connected to pistons, the are 100% electronic, Co2 is only valid in pistons.
Shuffler/walker must be defined. Along with "crawlers" (e.g. Saw Point IRL).

Absolutely no idea. I just went with that photo. And the wheels are a nightmare to line up with the skin...
