Can someone post this for me on AVGN's video "You know what's bullsh**: Microwaves"?  I've been blocked but it needs to be said...

This is dumb, tbh.  Just because YOU don't forget about food in the microwave, and have nothing better to do than stand around for 2 minutes, doesn't mean the same is true for everybody else.  And you're really reaching by saying "I don't know why metal sparks in a microwave?" is the microwave's fault, rather than yours.  Besides, I thought nerds were supposed to be smart.

First it was Andy Griffith... Now Ernest Borgnine...

Celebrity deaths always happen in sets of three. Who's going to complete the trifecta?

Everyone pray for the health Abe Vigoda... His time has been near since the 1970s. If he's next, I'l be one pissed son of a bitch.

Does that apply to just Americans?  Because if we look at celebrity deaths on a worldwide scale, we could probably make a good case for "Celeberity deaths happen in sets of 67."

Season 6 was my favorite.  They need to bring back veteran contestants more often.  @OP, does the website say if Seth is anymore tolerable in real life than he was on the show?

Does anyone know which country gave us the Napoleon Complex?  Just a random question that popped into my head.

Is that code for pot? As in "yo bandejo, can you hook a brother up with some adventure thyme?"

They should get custom user titles, how about Rep Snitch or Karma Police?

Alright, we'll do this. Reputation is now a posting quality indicator instead of some vague system on how liked or disliked you are. Besides we already have respect rating for how liked or disliked you are (The fact that it is not updated frequently doesn't make the redundancy point invalid).

SO SAYS THE MIGHTY NARYAR, JUSTICE INCARNATE.

It's all fine and good to say that, but what changes are you actually implementing?  Have you drafted some concrete guidelines? (Hard Bot's don't count) Are you appointing yourself the monitor of rep-giving?  Will there be punishments for improper rep giving?

Powerpuff Girls would've gotten my vote - had I not re-watched an episode a few weeks ago.  I forgot how bleeping annoying the girls' voices are, especially Bubbles.  It's so high pitched that I have to wonder why it didn't bother my neighbor's dog.

Fairly Oddparents was cute and I appreciated the quirk.  I don't normally go for abuse-as-comedy, but I make exceptions when a character is as willfully ignorant as Timmy, or immortal/self-healing like Cosmo.

Sump Thing:

About a trillion pieces went into it, the axe mechanism is incredibly, you can see the piston-gears, look for those tiny silver bits.  The gears even have teeth on them!  The rust is a custom-made colour from so many different colours mixed together that I've lost track.  It was sponge-painted over a silver base coat to get the rust effect.  The entire thing is held together a chopstick-axle, in fact it's the same chopstick that gave 101 its spike, waste not, want not.  Pretty much everything was free-form drawn, The claws and the holes in them, the forklift, etc.  This one's my best yet, it's going into the "not for sale group" along with Destructabbule, 259, and V3.

Alright, here's the replica that I said would change Reier's mind about changing this thread title.  It was an ambitious project and I'm really proud of the final result.  Have a change of pants ready, because this is Sump Thing:

The ratio is more telling than the number.  A high positive number means that a handful of people love you.  A high ratio means that a lot of people respect you.
What about all we free men who have be slammed by Serge for "that thread"? I'm not sure that represents my current posting quality in the slightest.

I didn't say you had to be perfect, one neg is nothing to be ashamed of

I feel really put on the spot.  You're acting like I did something wrong based on rules you just made up.  I thought the point of the rep system was to make it known when I thought somebody deserved applause.  It says "Applaud" does it not?  And I thought you were strongly in the camp of "don't give a toss about reputation."

If this is really such a big deal for you, is there not a feature where you can see what post the person was basing their applaud/smite on?

EDIT:  Oh oh, I know!  Let's make it a beauraucracy where everyone who currently has repping powers keeps them, but instead of directly changing rep, we instead PM a request to smite/applaud to ACAMS.  You should totally show him that idea, he'll love it.

Here's one I did once

Step one: steal some red food coloring form the kitchen cabinets

Step two: go into the bathroom and lock the door

Step three: fill the tub

Step four: fill the sink

Step five: put some food coloring in the toilet

Step six: squirt some food coloring on the mirror

Step seven: pour 75% of the remaining food coloring in the now full bathtub

Step eight: pour 10% in the sink

Step nine: squirt 10% on the floor

Step ten: (Optional) Lather a manikin the remaining 5% and dump it on the bathroom floor

Step eleven: wait for some poor b*****d to discover it

step twelve: telll the person they've just been duped

Step 13: wait for them to say "oh my god, my bathroom is full of blood that doesn't turn brown when it dries up for some mysterious reason!!!"

I just remembered why Mike Matei blocked me.  Someone had asked "who is this guy"? And I replied "James' boyfriend."  I don't know how he found it, I suspect he just blocked everyone who commented on the Minecraft video.
