EDIT: Just remembered how much fraps hates YouTube. Will take way too long for tonight, but I might get the splashes done tonight.
Use the Bandicam demo. It's WAY better. Quality is about the same and video size is way smaller than anything Fraps records if I'm not mistaken.

No, each spin motor needs just 1. And get rid of the back stabilizer, they're ballast otherwise.
So, where do I spend the extra weight?

If they are in front of the weapon, then the count as blocking because wedges can get under and push the bot easily.
 The flippermakers don't really hinder the performance all that much
