I really don't want to sound rude but depression is something that is diagnosed really quickly since a few years. I'm sure if I would go to a doc I would get the same diagnoses if I told him what's going on inside of me. but yeah **** that.
Someone very close to me actually has depressions. Needs to take pills, has panick attacks at least once a day, suffers fron nightly nightmares stuff like that.
but if you really think you have mild depressions try not to make em bigger. Think positive and think of good things in life.

I've never created a component so I can't tell you the exact progress but there are different programms to create 3D objects. You model the component in there and you have to add stuff like collisions n stuff. then you have to expot it as gmf and create a .txt file with all the stats in it. also most components have a skin texture in theire folder as well as an preview image that is displayed in the botlab. go through the components folder to discover some of those things :)
