Damn, I never really appreciated how slick of a design Hobgoblin actually is. Awesome job as always Resetti! I had posted a first attempt at Blacksmith but after a good while tinkering around with various setups I finally managed to get the signature flame hammer working as intended! - Blacksmith PS: Blacksmith was moving forward when this screenshot was taken which causes the flame to move backwards, the flame does in fact come out the middle of the hammer.

They both look amazing but Blacksmith's hammer is missing the spikes. Also I cant tell if the hammer face is black or not
Ohh you're right I completely forgot about the little spikes! Its hard to tell but there are 4 black 10° angle pieces facing inwards in a cross around the centre but it could do with more detail.

How long does it take to load these behemoths? My guess is two-three minutes.
If I load 4 into a fight together, half the time it'll be roughly 3 minutes loading time or it'll be 2 minutes loading followed by a game crash lol! DSC has released an updated version of the amazing extender pack, so I took the opportunity to swap my Brutus from brown to the new gold colour. Oh! And here's a Blacksmith clone too...

Did you change the tint of the red? It looks more of a pinkier red than before.

Calm down, hes good but not THAT good.
Can confirm, most of the stuff I build weighs around 2500.0kg/3000.0kg, if you asked me to build a competitive/tournament bot or really anything under 800.0kg I'd struggle to make anything half decent.

It's a really smooth design though, I like how you can see the batteries through the polycarb panels!

This is a fairly old ring spinner I'd made about a year ago called Bloody Penny; - Bloody Penny (Before) As you can see it was essentially just a circular chassis with a nightmare disc stuck through the middle and a couple of hammers for teeth... I decided to revamp this old bot and give it the coloured extender bot treatment and thought I'd showcase it before I ended up doing something crazy like sticking a giant bug on the top of it... so here's the rebuilt version currently without a ridiculous gimmick lol. - Bloody Penny (After)

Not even close to the standard of TGM's
Tbh, I genuinely hate it when people are 'modest' like this. It just begs for people to say "nooo, you're awesome" and the people that do it bloody well know it.
Nevertheless, good stuff, as always.
I'm overly critical of my own work. If I've built it, I know the components used, what it's imperfections are and what can be done better. I saw the amazing replicas of Mortis and WBC and my thoughts were how I need to up my game to be on par with these builds. Please don't assume false modesty on my part. I'm not experienced at this game and it's genuinely humbling that people actually want to see my stuff. Tommy, I still don't understand how you build so well in stock, the hammer setup is genius!

Not even close to the standard of Dragonsteincole or TGM's replicas but I've taken the motivation of seeing those to rebuild a couple of replicas I didn't showcase. - Son Of Whyachi & Plan-X

WOAH! That Mortis is perfection! I don't know about everyone else but when ever I see top quality builds like this I find it really inspiring to try harder! Looking good. I know you may not be aware of this, you can skin components themselves by editing the Text file, bitmap and GMF file of the part you wanted to skin, like if you wish to add some of Witch doctor's plow art work onto the parts you wish to use like the black armour plates on your replica's plow. This may sound difficult for someone inexperienced in Component skinning and modding, but I happen to have a tutorial by 09 that you can use: https://gametechmods.com/forums/index.php?topic=19913.msg724963#msg724963 . Just scroll down the page and follow each step of this tutorial one step at a time. Just make sure you find a photo editor like PhotoShop and Notepad++ installed onto your computer. But seriously, do keep up the good work.
Thank you Dark that's really helpful, I'm still trying to get my head around component skinning lol.

American's have this crazy thing called Customer Service which I find strange and unnerving, the idea of walking into a shop and have the people working there be nice to you is such an alien concept to me and I don't like it...

Nice Gravity rep! Really good use of the polycarb panels! I completely stripped my Witch Doctor Rep apart as it didn't look right at all and decided to shape it more like the Season 2 version and this is how it looks currently; - Witch Doctor (Season 2) Still need to get the skeleton hands on the wedge but I'm definitely happier with it so far!

Thanks for the lovely comments lads lol! It wouldn't be one of my bots if it wasn't a bit weird looking! The more I look at it the more it starts to look like a spider laying on top of a wide skateboard. Nice dude!
I only worry that the front fangs are blocking the drum. If that's the case you could have them risen up as starting position and ad spikes to them so they can work as hammers
Great idea Thyrus! That actually works a lot better! And now for an image nobody thought they'd ever see; - Tombstone being eaten by a giant spider, for scale of course.

After all the crazy things I've saved into .bot files lately, I wanted to build a simple Drum Spinner with a wedge. Nothing crazy just pure combat focused building... That was all fine and good and then I decorated it a little and I may have gotten a little bit carried away. - Terror Form. Each limb is attached to a burst motor because it just wouldn't be a giant spider bot if it didn't creep you out slightly with it's many many legs. So Terror Form or 'Nightmare Fuel Mechadon' is joining the giant drill in the "why did I build this again?" showcase.

Just a small compilation of the replicas I've attempted thus far, some of the previously unseen ones are nowhere near finished and in need of major reworking but seeing as I'm nearly halfway through the reboot bots (28 Down, 33 To Go) I thought I'd leave a post in my personal showcase for a change. Row 1 - Tombstone, Icewave, Bite Force, Nightmare, Stinger, Beta. Row 2 - Witch Doctor, Shaman, Wrecks, Brutus, Hypershock, Cobalt, Lockjaw, Overdrive. Row 3 - Captain Shrederator, Chomp, Disk O'Inferno, Splatter, Moebius, Ringmaster, Invader. Row 4 - Plan X, Mega Tento, Ghost Raptor, Black Ice, Radioactive, Overhaul, Red Devil. Thank you to everyone who has been following my work so far and leaving nice comments, it's been incredible motivation!

I think your Ringmaster would look better with a chassis skin rather than an extender chassis. The rest of it looks spot on.
Yeah it might be a good idea, the issue is it creates a massive weak spot on the top. I'll have a play around and try to neaten it up a bit and failing that I'll remove the top lid and skin the chassis like you suggested. Minor Update; Rebuilt Tombstone with a marginally taller chassis as the previous version looked a little flat. And since a small height change wouldn't really be worth a whole post for, here's an alternate Tombstone with the blue bar. EDIT: I didn't want to be that guy that double posts so I hope you don't mind an edited post! Massive shout out to Kurt for his amazingly helpful suggestion to get around the melting Nightmare issue; - Nightmare MK5 This is as neat as I can get the disc without causing said melting problem, I also really wanted to make the wheel guards the reboot Season 1 version had but the bot size limit forbids it, this will have to be the final version I'm afraid!

Goddamn. Does your replica of Wrecks walk like the actual robot itself?
It can walk backwards very well... forwards on the other hand is proving to be a problem for Wrecks. Unless it lands on its disc of course, in which case, forwards suddenly becomes the only thing Wrecks can do.

If you select the attachment point on the back of the 10cm square extender (instead of the default) then it'll stop it from melting when you make big chains.
Interesting, thanks Kurt I'll have to give that a try next time I feel like sorting Nightmare out! In the mean time I'm prototyping a new batch! - Wrecks & Overdrive 2.0 - Overdrive 2.0, Ringmaster & Wrecks I actually built Overdrive around the same time as Chomp/Brutus but didn't/still don't feel it's on par with the other replicas I'd made. Strangely enough, The Ringmaster is currently the title holder of my test replica mini-league winning all 7 of it's matches by KO. Wrecks OOTA'd itself in the first round. I love Wrecks <3
