Not liking my draws so far, in particular Paramecium being drawn against Cold Snap twice and being in 2 fights with Gravity Storm.

The chassis needs more armor, especially with what it has now. Scorpion is right, you don't need the DSL bars: the main extender is safe where it is already. Get rid of the bars and try to get at least titanium 5 on it.

On the MW, rotate the wedges snappers 180 degrees. This will give your wedges a wider stance allowing it to get under things more easily.

The wedges could be better. Here's an idea:
Swap that hex plate you have for the weapons for a couple of polycarbonate extenders. This should give you enough weight for angled poly skirt wedges. Of course they'll still be weak but still better than what you have now. 189

To me it looks like you can shrink the chassis a little more, so do that.

This doesn't look like it would make a good true popup, also what's with the weird sword setup?
It needs 4WD, so get rid of some casters and maybe weapons (How many have you got anyway?) to free some weight for another set of drive. 194

Stiletto, June 20th, 2009:
![]() ![]() Stiletto, exactly 2 years later: ![]() Plastic 3, Slimbody drive w/ mini wheels, 2 ants, Medium VDMA piston, 6 medium beaters and razors. Stiletto is now in its 7th incarnation, with more weapons and armor than ever before. It is now a lot more stable thanks to the use of a larger piston, but slower because I had to sacrifice the Hypno wheels it used so often before. However, it was worth it IMO because with the increased weaponry and the addition of frontal armor, it can now handle FSS and other HS very well. ![]() 195

Yeah add another plow, and put the side irons on outwards-facing extenders so they will actually hit the opponent.
Maybe use a bigger disc as well? 196

2 large JXs wouldn't be enough. I think it would be best to use 3 large JXs and 3 weapons (a la Mercurius, but it didn't have the best flipping power IIRC).
Also, Tazbot weapons weigh 50 kilos, so yes S_M is right about them being lighter, but they're still too heavy for a BSG. 197
