Did you know that in japan the Dreamcast was supported till 2007?
That would prove my theory, then. High speed internet was widely available in Japan long before the US. The Dreamcast was just before it's time...
Can you imagine what a Sega console for this generation may have been like?

Depends, do you play pixelized games on it while hearing 8-bit music? Do you have to blow out the cartridge every time before you play? No hard feelings but the PS2 console is still pretty modern.

Randomly fell on Moltres on mount silver. Damaged him with one crit from Gengar's Shadow Ball, which put it to 5% health, then I put him to sleep after a Fire Blast which eat quite a bit into my Gengar's health.
Ultra Ball. Doesn't work. Twice. Wakes up. KOs my gengar with fire blast again. Swap pokémon, use revive, get gengar again, sleep him again with Hypnosis, then cue the catch with an hyper ball.
How do you fail with the Ultra ball? Half of the pokemon I snagged in Colosseum were snagged with Ultra balls.

I don't think he has enough robot height for NPC fasts though unless you get left/right ones, but even then you'll have limited space because they're large and their hitbox gets annoying when you're placing things above them.
tl;dr: He might not be able to put NPC's
Anyway, how fast is it with the TW3M3R's, Dom?

I can think of quite a few bots in NAR AI that seem like they could destroy it.
Aside from bots that have better wedges, I there's any other bot that could take it down easily. Even Root Beer should have a hard time with the wedge.
If you can somehow flip it over, you can tear apart those hex plates. They're not indestructible, and with a little luck if you hit the right ones, the entire bottom armor is gone.

That looks pretty sweet, but the area near the head and the back of the pokemon looks a little depth-lacking, I wouldn't know what do to about that though. so i tried making a sprite aswell:

I still say that it reminds me of Naryar for some reason, and I still don't know why (I don't mean that in an insulting way).
Because of this, every time I read an All caps rage post from Naryar, I'll see that picture in my head.

Also, I commend you on your splicing skills, but I can still tell most of what makes up each Pokemon, so you haven't quite mastered the art yet

I've been doing it for 3 years now, they've gotten better with time even though I took like a huge 6-month break. I still can't get that part right, but I'm glad they're not messy and unfitting.

That was made in early 2010, which was my three years into the hobby
Starting to think we need a thread for pokemon splices and Fakemon.. Anyway I've got something similar to that:  Maybe a year ago, I wanted to make a Rock-Type legendary dog, like Suicune is Water/Ice and Entei is Fire, so I made this little guy. Could've added move but I like how good it looked at that point so I finished it off there.

I actually flipped HOJ once myself, except it's because when I used the hammer on the bot (forgot who), it made the hammer bounce back up and throw HOJ onto it's back. Yeeeah.

So, in my signature right now are three of my latest Fakemon sprites. The Houndoom looking gargoyle thing is Damnation, the blue-ish one on the right is Lilithulhu, and the first one with a cannon for an arm is Arsenictor. Lilithulhu is a mix betweel Lilith and Cthulhu, and I named it that because I knew a guy who's minecraft account was clith, and everyone thought it was a mix between Lilith and Cthulhu, so..yeah.
Arsenictor is a type that I came up with, a Laser/Steel type pokemon, Damnation is Dark/Rock type and Lilithulhu is Dark/Water type.

In light of the damage buff for all the Flamethrowers, I'm giving the regular one a try again- mostly for the increased amount of Compression Blasts and the "Makin' Bacon" Achievement, but it's still rather good. Might give that one a name, too.
And your manliness increases tenfold. :P
..coming from the Pyro whose default loadouts use either the Strange Festive Flamer or Strange Rainblower...
Now I'm probably turn into a British Saxton Hale with chest hair in the shape of the British Isles
