WOW jeff, that's awesome. I only learned that in 1st grade.

Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't realize that only posts relevant to you are acceptable on GameTechMods. What else did you learn in first grade? I don't want to make the mistake of providing others with information that you already know.

It was such a huge disappointment. Sure, it's a little better than the first Robot Arena game, but it still sucks. Why are there no real physics?
GBA CPU: 16.8 MHz 32-bit ARM7TDMI with embedded memory
Driv3r for GBA did pretty impressive 3D with physics (unrealistic physics, but physics nonetheless).

I suggest checking out the ROM. It's a lot of fun.

what do you mean "in you're dreams?" I read them now, and you have to relize I just got the game so it's not lke I can incorpoate every tip into every bot
It says, "your dreams," not, "you're dreams." You're is a contraction for you are; your is the possessive form of you. (By that, I mean it shows that something belongs to you.) You can have that grammar lesson for free.

I believe it has to do with your style of persuasion and how you criticize the elders of this child for indoctrination when you, in fact, are doing it yourself through your emotional aspect of your arguing.

At least, that's what I think is going on...

I see. Is Madiaba making the case that persuasion is equivalent to indoctrination?

You guys are very ignorant products of a post-modern materialistic relativism. You don't understand people very well either, starting with yourselves.  Be careful of what you set as your paradigm in life,... it's easy to shoot from the hip.  Evolution is far from an indisputable fact, and has several issues.  But that's another topic; right now I'm talking about Epistemology:

Indisputable? Nothing in science is. Evolution is, however, the prevailing theory and the one with the most evidence. Creationism, which is what this JoshChristian kid promotes, has no scientific basis. It takes a preconceived idea and tries to retroactively fit it with what is now known.

As I had previously pointed out to Jeff (which he apparently doesn't yet understand), 'just talk facts' and remove the 'emotional coercion' for non-supportive responders....Ad Hominem.  One should just state facts, and let others think for themselves...without the coercionary tactics.  Like the main tactic of the Inquisition, you're adding and then imposing your own anger onto non-conformists. Jefferey's own little 'hell' for non-conformists.

Just stating the facts would be for an informative post. I'm here to express my views and to be a rabble-rouser.

If you're doing the added coercion on purpose, then I feel sad for you, for you are a blatant hypocrite.  If you're not doing it on purpose, then you have some internal baggage that needs to be dealt with, that would 'desire a certain paradigm'...or else.  No further (unbiased) learning can take place until this is removed.

Hypocrite? When have I ever advocated that people keep their views to themselves? (On a forum, nonetheless.) Educators should keep their bias to a minimum, but there's no reason why I shouldn't. I'm not an authority figure using my status to coerce the defenseless; I'm just some guy.

As far as 'indoctrination', it's true that it happens all of the time to manipulate supportive responses.  Coming across 'hard' and 'brash' is used often as an 'opiate of the masses' also, to control others mind-sets (making it uncomfortable for them to disagree), else they'll be demeaned or ridiculed.  Frezal, think about it; easily over 90% of your comments are finding a fault or derogatory to someone.  If they're ignorant, then help them up don't slam them down.  Emotions cloud logic in self and when imposed on others. Therefore, just state the facts and let them stand, for facts stand on their own...  No need to alter their comfort level, unless there's ulterior motive to 'support a desired reality' (manipulating).

Sure, everybody dancing around a campfire singing folk songs might sound like fun, but I assure you, it isn't. My posts are written in a way that I find comical. Usually, at least. Sometimes I'm just trying to ignite some flames to stimulate discussion (which seems to have worked in this thread).

Any good researcher/scientist, who wants to objectively learn some aspects of reality (experiment), FIRST checks his test-equipment to make sure it is calibrated accurately, so that the meters' are not misinforming him. If he doesn't bother to check, but assumes objectiveness, then he really doesn't want to know. It's the same with us... We need to understand and then check for objectivity in ourselves, first.  But, we do not see the need to check for this kind of baggage. Do we try to bias the input I receive?  Reality IS what it is.  In fact, one should be wary of any paradigm that needed to manipulate support for it, (though it still needs to be checked).

Ok. That doesn't change the fact that this JoshChristian kid is clearly parroting what he heard from his parents. Kids that age simply do not have the critical thinking skills to have their own political beliefs or their own religious beliefs. Views can be thrust upon them, but they really have no say in the matter.

I would and have been very tempted to start a thread on 'Evolution and Intellegent Design', but I just do not have the time to follow through on it.... giving pros and cons for the propositions...in all categories.
If you start one, I will likely waste a lot of my time there.

And please understand that I'm not attacking you, in any way, for you are just as important as anyone else.  I'm just trying to point out the bias so evident within you, that few will face and deal with,... which I first found in myself years ago when I assumed the meters were naturally calibrated accurately... Until this coercionary baggage is removed from any person, it would be like Martin Luther King trying to reason with a Skinhead...the emotions will not allow for appropriate paradigm shifts....

I'm aware that I am very biased against religion. However, If I were to raise any kids, I wouldn't raise them to be atheist. I would give them the tools to choose their own path whenever it is that they do so.

The kid in these series of videos was clearly not given the tools. His parents wanted him to be a Christian, so they've removed any influences that might sway him to a different belief. Sadly, the same thing may have happened with his parents.

JoshChristian's profile says it all. He's attended a private Christian school (indoctrination center) and has been home schooled (even more of an indoctrination center).

I'm embarised to say I'm christan
You are not a Christian. Not until you are capable of independent, rational thought can you claim to be a Christian. As of now, you are the child of Christians.

The same applies to younguns who claim to be Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist, Atheist, Jedi, Zoroastrian, Pagan, etc.

I haven't installed it yet, but what was the infinite money cheat, again? Was it deleting your bot's name, typing in "$", and then hitting enter?

A lot. Notice the space? You wouldn't write "abunch", so why remove the space between "a" and "lot"?

what is the skin on? and why did they take him out? his violent background?

someone is trying to contact Atari, maybe we can get them to make a download

another lost bot :(
The skin is in the game folders, so you can get it from there. The skin can be used on the medium chassis. When I made an Omnivore, I think I gave him some saws and pneumatic spikes. I most likely chose tank tracks for the drive system because car steering is lame.
