OK, I'm back. Who cares. Questions end with a question mark in the English language. Sample 一: Who cares? Jeff, Really, I can't belive you are that blind. I don't think immature describes me nor my actions on this board. Nice attempt at an insult, though. Seriously, about 80% of your posts are insults or arguments. Now, is that an average of 80% of each post being negative, or 80% of my total posts are negative posts? It's a very big difference, and I'd be interested to know. That's sad. If you're that insecure that you have to go around whacking people to raise your self-esteem, then cut it out. Insecure about what? Your high school grasp of psychology seems lacking. Sparky may be a n00b with grammar that's incorrect, but so what? It's not a big deal. I really hate that argument. What if Sparkles stated things that were historically inaccurate ( Ex. Hitler was the dictator of Italy)? What if Sparkles made math errors? Language errors are just as important as any other errors, and if no attention is brought to them, how will the one committing the errors know that mistakes are being made? When pressed for a reason why these words were worse than others of the same meaning, you couldn't come up with anything. Do you still not have a reason for why you find these words offensive, or are you still just doing whatever mommy and daddy say? Indeed I do. I thought of an example using Spanish. "¿Como se llama?" It roughly translates to, "What is your name?" I learned that about 100 years ago. i really wish i never made this topic now...

Since multiple grammar lessons exist, you would use are instead of is. As for the swearing and flame wars, I think you've got the wrong thread. Flames wars don't seem to be in this thread. The only "swearing" was when I said sh** and when Sparkles decided to drag crustaceans into this. Also, I want to remind you Sparkey, you have no excuse for making grammar mistakes. You are American, and English is your native tongue. Try to respect it, like I do as a foreigner. I always find it humorous when the Speak English or GTFO people fail at English themselves. Frezal, you really learned Japanase at HS? You lucky **ck.
Yeah, but unfortunately, I don't remember enough to be conversant. I still remember the structure, though, so relearning the language would just be a matter of rebuilding my vocabulary. If you have the time, I suggest learning it. I may have just had a really good teacher, but it was a very easy language to learn. There are no plurals, and every sentence has the same basic structure. Oh, and to make questions out of sentences, no rephrasing is needed. You just add a か (ka) to the end. Sample I: なまえ は ジェッフ です。(namae wa Jeffu desu.--My name is Jeff.) なまえ は ジェッフ です か？ (namae wa Jeffu desu ka?--Is my name Jeff?)

Interesting use of lol. You used it like how punctuation is used in Spanish with the sentence beginning with an upside down version of the ending punctuation (save for periods). I would provide a example, but having taken Japanese in high school, I don't know enough about Spanish to do the language justice.

Reier attacked me (twice) when I gave you a lesson on grammar. If providing a snarky response somehow means I started any sort of scuffle in this thread, then I'm afraid I'm guilty as charged. Here's another grammar lesson: You used the wrong lets. The one you're looking for is let's. ( Let's is a contraction for let us.) I will now provide you with two example sentences showing proper usage of each word. Ex. 1: Ash lets his Pikachu roam freely without a Pokeball or a leash. Ex. 2: Let's go report Ash to the cops for disobeying leash laws.That lesson was also free.
