Motor inside disk is totally realistic. Off the top of my head Fangus, Poco Tambor, and General Dissaray have all had a motor inside a disk or drum.

I'm so boooooooored, GTM is so inactive right now in all the threads I care about.
Go build something. Your showcase has been dead for a while.

I have a really good one. One of my Dad's old license plates starts with RFS. I'll post pictures when I find the license plate again.

Phoenix broke. (again) There's nothing like a full CO2 tank going off in your basement at 11:30 at night.

@SKBT and Madman3
You guys didn't even take advantage of the unrealistic point of the tourney.
I was almost tempted to enter a IRL style bot into this. It also just doesn't feel right to build something unrealistic in DSL.

Sheet metal is awesome and fun to make robots out of. I prefer 1/16" steel
Oh this is a tourney...
How is judging going to work? RA2 points or realistic judging? If you go with RA2 points you are going to get more RA2 style bots and less IRL style bots.

So what's the difference between talking to an your imaginary friend who lives in your hair dryer and praying to a god?
Why are there two creation stories? Did the women dump the man in genesis 1 so god had to try again with Adam and Eve?
These are my unanswered questions about Christianity.

They do need to remove some videos off of youtube that should never be there.
Budd Dwyer's video should not be seen by anyone.
we heard you the first time
How does that work when you are reading a forum?

Take two. I went with sides styled after Evelyn A modified Dawg's exposed tube steel frame.

I really can't see anything besides the ddt's and the funky ramplate.
Anyways why do you play your RA2 with those reskins?

Pickaxes do get in the way of the front wheels touching when its inverted.
The sidebars were added post build because I didn't like what I had originally done with round extenders. Any ideas on how to make it flow better?

No, you want a good core setup before focusing on weapons. I shoot for around 80-120kg of weapons on a MW and 200kg or more for a HW. This is basically my core setup for almost all of my VS's.

Yes it is off center, I went with a slightly off center weapon with an alu extender over being centered with a polycarb extender.
