well, I've still had other presences that make me beleive there is an afterlife, there is. I've seen my uncle many other times, I won't even be thinking about him and he apears.
Take a photo of him the next time he appears. If you are actually seeing him and not imagining him, a camera will be able to capture his image.

mainly because people like to insult other people in any possible way.
happyblades = bayblades + drugs?
What I don't understand is why people think calling somebody or something gay (as in homosexual) is an insult. It seems rather silly to me.

I think we should ban S32 in that case. And Serge. And frezal to a lesser extent.
Yeah, bans have absolutely no effect on me.

Solution #1: Stop posting here.
Solution #2: Kill yourself.

*facepalm* I was trying to explain it was not that, my grandma recalled the postistion he was in, and that's what I saw. I know there is an afterlife :/
How can you come to that conclusion when there are so many variables involved? If we were to independently observe two separate people (without us knowing we weren't watching the same person) and then collaboratively compare what we saw, we would likely come up with the same descriptions. There simply isn't much that varies from person-to-person. Since both of you knew your uncle well, that muddies things up more. I would bet dollars to donuts that most of the descriptions of the phantom on the bench came from memories from the past. How could you both hallucinate this at the same time? Like you said, you were 5, and your uncle was your favorite person. You wanted more than anything to believe that your uncle was still around and safe. There's also the fact that your brain lies to you. To be clear, I'm not saying that what I've written is for sure what happened. There are far too many variables involved, and I quite simply wasn't there. I'm just presenting another possible explanation that doesn't involve the supernatural.

When I was about 5, a few months after my uncle, my favorite person in the world, passed away, me and my grandma were taking a walk, and we both saw him, same position, on the same bench, same time, same day, he even waved to us, then vanished. It's not the usual "one person saw him and the other imagined it" or "we were both loopy from sadness" thing, we both saw him. I'm not making this up. So that's my proof, that even if there is no heaven, there is an afterlife.
One natural explanation: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Collective_hallucination

If I'm right and there is a God and a Heaven, then I get to live forever and everything's cool. And if I'm wrong and this short life is all there is, well then I'll just cease to exist and I'll never know that I was wrong, so it won't matter. It's a no-lose situation.
What if the Muslims, Zoroastrians, or one of the other various non-Christian religions were the right one? I personally have proof of an after life, of some sort, so I'm not woried.
Please share.

who wants to invite Be0t back???? jerks are fun!!!!!!!!! who here likes Dr peper?
I don't even know how to contact Be0t anymore (or any of the old world guys, for that matter). At some point, I baleeted all of them off my messengers. Dr. Pepper is fine. I prefer Pepsi Max and Coke Zero, though. I have a strong hatred of high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), which is the sweetener used in most everything these days. Unlike granulated cane sugar (which is used in Jones Soda), HFCS doesn't digest so well;it helps to prevent your body from feeling "full" by suppressing leptin (hormone that tells your brain to stop eating) and by not stopping the production of ghrelin (the hormone that tells your brain to eat). Thus, it will make you fat. I've already been down that road, and I don't want to go back.

King Diamond (Denmark--band members from various European nations) Mercyful Fate (See King Diamond)
Pink Floyd (UK) Black Sabbath (UK--Not counting the Dio era when half the band was American) Motörhead (UK--drummer Mikkey Dee is from Sweden) Iron Maiden (UK) System of a Down (American band, but 3/4 members are from Armenia and Lebanon) Judas Priest (UK) Rush (Canada)
I think that covers my favorites.

Humourous video game names
None of those are humorous, nor are they parodies. You're just replacing the titles with random words. Tip for making a good parody: take an aspect of the source material and exaggerate it. Make it absurd, but serious at the same time. Take the movie Airplane for example. The things they say are absurd, but they deliver the lines seriously. The end result is a great comedy that treats the audience with respect; it doesn't beat you over the head with the jokes while shouting at you, "LAUGH, DAMN IT!"

Gross. Secret to making amazing French Toast: Use day-old French bread.

A good waffle is much better than a good pancake. Waffles are nice and crispy, sweet, and have a fun shape. They even hold syrup/toppings better!

In other news, I have a 7 hour drive ahead of me today. I'm going to go throw an engagement party for some friends on the other side of the state. That's where I used to live couple years back, and I haven't been there in a few months, so it should be worth it.

WAFFLES ARE BETTER THAN PANCAKES!
I agree, though not enough to shout it.

I found RA1 at Target (or maybe Fred Meyer) a hundred years ago. After a short while of lurking on the official forums, I joined. This was maybe a few weeks or so before DaStompa (TDS on AceUplink) was banned for posting Goatse.
RA2 at the time was in development, and that tech demo existed, but nobody knew for sure if and when it would come out.
More time passes and I was a member of both the AU forums and the official forums. Official information finally surfaced, and AU had a preview write-up and some screen shots. Discussions often consisted of what we'd build first and whether or not RA2 would be better than the Battlebots game for GameCube and PS2.
Even more time was gone and the game was out. I ordered my copy from Amazon, so I had to wait a couple of days for it to ship. When I got it, I was amazed by the building options. At some point I formed Team Predator for online tournaments. I never competed myself (dial-up), but my teammate would sometimes use my bots.
Teams/clans went away. Online was laggy, custom parts had compatibility issues, and other reasons I have since forgotten.
I stopped going to AceUplink (the forums, at least). I was asked to provide graphics for B4B and serve as a moderator on the forums by JimXorb. Grawss and HackerX split off from B4B and started RA-Reborn. I think it was because B4B was clearly on its way out, and they didn't like the promotion of Be0t. I was friends with the guy, though he was quite n00bish at times. I don't think I was ever on staff at RA-Reborn.
I don't really remember what happened then. I left the official forums at some point, having lost interest in RA2. Either shortly before leaving, or shortly after, I was made head admin at the official forums for the Canadian television series The Electric Playground. I continue to administrate there.
So yeah. That's about it. That's probably way more information than was needed, but whatever. Oh, and for the record, that Battlebots game was canceled shortly before it was supposed to be released. Screen shots still exist of it, though, and they look great.

The gun thing is totally stupid.
And I didn't know freazal was gay.0__o
homersexual*
too bad for frezal that there isnt homosexual in the gender choice
If there was, I would still select "male" as I still have a penis and testicles and not a... whatever genitals you seem to think homersexuals have.

Speaking of pancakes, my hometown has this restaurant called Stuffy's II (yes, it actually is a sequel to another restaurant). They like to specialize in over-sized foods. One of these large foods is a pancake the size of a large pizza. I can eat about a quarter of it before I die.

Shall I put jam on the poll?
Also, nice to see that there is another chocolate person out there.
Jam is for biscuits or possibly French Toast.
