Stacked Blackvolt. Hell yea.
Champions sword better be kick-ass, cause I wanna use it next BBEANS.
I don't want it to be TOO powerful, to avoid complaints about cheat components... but the Champion's Sword IS the only stock component with 2000 HP. I'm sure you can find a use for that. Though the damage may need rebalancing (aka increasing), due to the presence of normals (both stock and DSL). I'm thinking of making an update. If I do, I'll get it to you before the next BBEANS.

Double post: the final cumulative rankings are up, and the hall of fame has been updated!
The top of the rankings stayed surprisingly stable, with one notable exception (Sage). There were more upheavals in the lower parts. It should be noted that some people went down in rank even though they went up in score. Don't be alarmed at this; it's simply because there are more total competitors now (notice the bottom rank is #112; it used to be #86). The score is probably a more accurate portrayal of your success than the number rank.
Score scale that I just made up for fun:
0: Either you are very unlucky, or not very good. 0.1 - 0.25: You have what it takes to win, you just need to do it more often. 0.25 - 0.5: You can go far in the brackets, but you always run into R0B0 or Sage or somebody earlier than you wanted. Next time, maybe you'll go all the way... 0.5 - 0.75: Good enough to consistently knock out several opponents in every tournament. One of these days you'll get that amazing run that puts you in the top 20. 0.75 - 1: Great score. This is the realm of quarterfinalists, semifinalists, and those who consistently rack up a few wins over several tournaments. Good chance of performing exceptionally well in future BBEANS. 1-1.5: AMAZING score. You must have at least 4 more wins than losses to get a score of 1, which is no small feat. If you're not already a champion, you could very well become one. 1.5 - 2: You pretty much need to be a champion to be this good, unless you're R0B0. 2 and up: WHAT IS THIS MADNESS HOW CAN ANYONE HAVE SUCH A SCORE?

All right, voting is now CLOSED! Congratulations to the winners! I counted all the votes myself and got a few different numbers from Redline, but nothing that affects the results. I'll just quote him here, fixing the one mistake that I found: +1 Count of Convenience ( Though I think I missed a few votes D: )
Best Rookie:
Resentful Princess 2: 10 AntonYYYm: 7 Kurt Rambis: 3 Missile Test: 2
Total Votes: 22
A hotly contested award between Virus Bomb and lloop D lloop, right up until the very end when VB got 3 votes in a row. Virus Bomb goes home with Best Rookie. Surprisingly, no one voted for Final Z, despite it having the best win-loss record of any rookie in BBEANS history.
Coolest Original Bot:
Bisector: 16 ReActive: 4 Final Z: 1 Reier's Avatar 3: 1
Total Votes: 22
ReActive got several votes, but not enough to come close to Bisector. I win Coolest Bot (Original) for the third time in a row. Now if only my bots could fight as well as they look...
Coolest Artistic Bot:
All Or Nothing: 6 Death of Angles 2: 5 Blabbermouth: 3 Elle Driver: 2 Hredder: 1 AtaxiA: 1 Moving Violation: 1 Psychoblade: 1 Meteorite: 1 ReActive: 1
Total Votes: 22
Another tight contest between All Or Nothing, DoA, and surprisingly, Blabber-mouth. But AON's original artwork gives it the edge over the (admittedly cool) copy-paste jobs of DoA and others.
Most Fearsome:
Bane X: 11 Infection 4: 5 AtaxiA: 1 Blood Orange: 1 Star Dust: 1 Final Z: 1 Predator: 1
Total Votes: 22
Bane X dominated this award like it dominated its opponents in the arena. Infection 4 gets an honorable mention for 5 votes... but Bane still had over twice that!
BTRSHDBBDDTBL:
Blood Orange: 5 Ice Tornado: 4 All or Nothing: 2 Minifridge 4: 2 Shilka: 2 Terrible Sight: 2 Shish-Kebab 2: 1 AtaxiA: 1 Power Surge 3: 1 S Cargo: 1
Total Votes: 21
Another hotly contested award. Blood Orange was just one vote more unlucky than Ice Tornado, with many other bots getting two votes.
Crowd Favourite:
1.8: 6 All Or Nothing: 4 AntonYYYm: 3 Missile Test: 2 Reier's Avatar 3: 1 The Mini Warrior: 1 Blood Orange: 1 Final Z: 1 Infection 4: 1 Terrible Sight: 1
Total Votes: 21
Lots of bots nominated for this one, with the two fast and powerful rammers getting most of the votes. But 1.8 gets the edge over All Or Nothing, perhaps due to its greater exposure in the videos as Redline suggested.
Virus Bomb, Clickbeetle, Redline, Urjak, Craaig, and somestrangeguy all get to choose one prize component! Sage, Pwnator, and G.K. also get to choose a prize for being Champion, runner-up, and rumble winner respectively! Sage also gets the Champion's Sword. Everyone who won a prize, just PM or post your choice here, and I will add you to the list of prize winners on the BBEANS website. You can download all of the BBEANS prizes HERE. (But keep in mind that you still must win them in order to use them in tournaments.) I'll start. My prize choice is the Stacked Supervolt.

These finals make me cringle really. Radius fail. So cheap really. While Sage's victory was somehow expected, In EVERY SINGLE MATCH but one I4 fails, gets stuck in the hazard and gets flanked, making his victory MUCH easier. Click you really should have fixed that >:O And i got OUTWEDGED by R0B0 ???? Oh well, at least i won the champion's rumble :P But pretty disappointed by my little robot there still !
^agree with nary.
Infection's radius issues can't really be fixed. I did try making it bigger, but it seems like no matter how big it is, it will inevitably hit the center wall on occasion. Less frequently perhaps, but the issue can't be totally avoided. Also, using a bigger radius causes it to make much wider turns, which causes a whole new set of problems. In the end, I decided to leave the AI as is, because that is how Pwnator AI'd it and that is how it's been for the whole rest of the tournament, and Death of Angels proved that it can still beat Infection even if Infection doesn't make any driving mistakes.

20 components limit ? Not going to be easy...
We can already remove 4 for the drive (more or less would be foolish), 3 MINIMUM for the Power components... that makes no popups, no jugglers, no razor spam, what else ?
Heh. I already have an idea for this but unsure :P
I bet you could still make a decent popup or juggler if you really tried. It would just need to be a little different than the current standard (hecko, chassis wedge!). Just like the standard razor flail shell spinner won't work; you will need to use hammers. Razor spam, however, definitely won't work. I like this idea. It seems to me that it will actually produce more realistic designs, since you will want to attach as much stuff to the baseplate as possible (to limit extender work) and use fewer, heavier weapons. Maybe even fewer, heavier batteries.

Hunter-Gatherer But seriously, I think Hunter Destroyer sounds the best.

Pretty zippy little thing. For some reason I imagined it would be slower. Though it will probably be slower once the blade is on.

I made the bars parallel in order to maximize damage (both teeth hitting at once). I can't see any advantage to putting them perpendicular.

Whoa that's an awesome AW. And you still have 12 extra kgs! How did you fit all that in? In all seriousness though, it looks great, except for the Havok... somehow I think cube FSS's aren't going to work too well.

THOSE TAILS LOOK BADASS
They look like Fight or Flight But that is a cool bot, it's like Rabid Pit Bull and Fight or Flight had a baby.

Possible entry for Micro Mayhem Reincarnated. I started with trying to improve 86, and ended up with something that looks nothing at all like it. 1mm Ti, everything else is visible. It beats all the BW's in NAR AI (that I've tested) except for Byter. How it will do in a rumble setting, though, is anyone's guess... And yes, it turns just fine.

Blood Orange Mini :O
That reminds me of 86, just for the sheer weapon power. And it is probably better than 86 too.

Coolest Bot (Artistic): Death of Angels 2 -
Except for Best Rookie, they can be awarded to any bot other than the champion and your own bot.
Whups, I guess I forgot to change that... you can vote for the champion for any award as of BBEANS5. So that vote is fine.

You can't get shinies on there?
Looks good, I would try to get top AND bottom armor though, for a bit of popup protection. Or else just swap the ram plates for moar weapons.

You could try taking one of your bots into a different weight category.
^^ What I like to do. Every time I get a successful bot I have to make LW, MW, HW, and sometimes even AW/BW versions.

Make it 3WD
Are you serious? I mean it would be a nice balance between 2 and 4 wheels speed-wise, but when you already have problems with driving straight... 3WD doesn't seem like the best solution. Also, the Snappers should be rotated 180 degrees so the razors all overlap in as small an area as possible, if the goal is to 1-hit KO bots in their exposed middle.

The casters should go on the corners, where they stick out and can act as armor of sorts. But otherwise, it looks good.

It will work for any spinner. You only need to know the ID of the spin motor.

I hate to clutter this section with ANOTHER awards thread, but BBEANS6 is over and it's that time now, and remember: award winners get to pick one prize component. Brackets & vids thread for reference: https://gametechmods.com/forums/index.php/topic,3923.0.htmlThere are five awards you can vote for. You can vote for anyone except yourself. Explanations for all the awards can be found here: http://beetlebros.gametechmods.com/bbeans/hof.htmIn addition, we have a NEW AWARD this time! Crowd Favorite - Vote for the bot that was the most entertaining to watch and had the best fights. This is the bot whose matches you always watch first, before anything else, and you really hope wins so you can see it fight some more. Best Rookie: Kurt Rambis. He didn't do as well as, say, AntonYYYm or Final Z, but COOLRUNNER87 was a total unknown at the start of this tournament, and frankly the bot doesn't look that impressive, while I was fairly certain that both LDL and Badnik would do well. But after Kurt started winning, I found myself really rooting for it.
Coolest Bot (Original): ReActive. It would've been better with faster drive, but it's a cool concept and Mike showed that it can work.
Coolest Bot (Artistic): All Or Nothing. I could go with the obvious choice and pick DoA... but AON's skin is original art, which gives Red some brownie points.
Most Fearsome Opponent: Infection 4. Kinda a tough one here; there weren't really any bots that were obviously more fearsome than the others. But if I organized all the bots from "most want to fight" to "most want to avoid", I think Infection would be at the very bottom.
BTRSHDBBDDTBL: Blood Orange. It's actually really good against popups, but out of all the popups, it got the one that it has the most trouble with, and then lost (barely) to Kurt Rambis.
Crowd Favorite: All Or Nothing. I just love seeing this bot do a boxlong slam into the opponent. Just you wait until DSL BBEANS AI comes out and you can do battles with it at will...
Voting starts NOW and ends... probably Sunday but maybe later. When I have time. Now get to it!
