Looks good, Nocturne's weapon looks pretty nasty.

For the VS, I'd recommend spinning the motor counterclockwise a little, it protects the motor better AND allows the use of more attachment points.

For the pop-up, you need something to keep other bots from flying over, a few spikes or an extension of the upper wedge will keep bots in a prime position to gut rip. You might also want to think about switching to rubbers to improve the wedges further.

Whats wrong with this picture?
The fact that you're not using adblock.

+1
Who needs adblock when you got No-Script(On my main machine, at least)

I'M DESIGNING A THING

This time the motors are mounted on the Fingertech bearing blocks, so hopefully they stay on. Right now plans are to mount the wedge and bumper, as well as some soldering work(And ordering a new battery, the Rhino lipo I had has puffed).

Go with shiny hubs and load up with more weapons.

If all your robot is doing is ramming and pushing, pinks are just fine, otherwise, use a nifty; but if moving snappers are involved, a black is nearly mandatory.

Good start dood.

My only advice is to lose the wedge and go with sheer weapon mass. Wedges only really work with face spinners and VS.

General Support / Re: glitch question
« on: January 17, 2015, 07:35:45 PM »
Sorry, I don't know what the following are and kinda need to. Please tell me what the following glitches are:
eFFe
Allows you to overlap moving parts, requires either a servo or a burst motor to use.

Trov glitch
Allows for extremely thin chassis.

NARmour
Uses the DSL skirt hinges, allows for invincible armor due to the odd collision mesh of the skirt hinge.

AAM
Stands for Advanced Attachment Method. Not possible in game, must be done with an external program.

NCR
If motors are on a disc attached to an axle, will make the chassis spin instead of the platform.

DSA
If you don't know this glitch, then I can't help you.

ZeroG
I think this is also called the God stacking glitch. It allows you to by-pass the collision altogether, but the method to activate is complicated and really not worth it.

Axle and Snapper loading
There are people far more capable than me to describe it. To greatly simplify it, a slightly more tricky form of eFFe glitching.

I'm pretty sure the Thyrus glitch is with the green motor moving the chassis out of place, right?
