this glitch usually occurs when you skip a team in teams.txt, so i figure what you did was delete the team above this one. RA2 doesn't know how to handle that which is why it crashed.

Did you delete a team in that was sandwiched over the last team? Cause if you do that, the game has some weird issue loading the proper bot. Don't do that and clean up the team's in the game if you want to fix this. I apologize for the improper choice of words. If you are still confused, then I'll put up a visual guide on how to do it. I can't exactly do much on mobile.

For anyone joining Banter Wars Series 2, there is a deadline to hand in your intros: 1st of June, though I may entend this to the 5th since I'm on holiday.

If I don't get your intros by the deadline, your robots will be withdrawn from the competition. The intros should be a maximum of 40 seconds, introducing yourself and your robot. This can be done with video or audio.
There is still time for other people to join, but you don't have long left!

possibly a case of custom components not being on this specific copy of RA2.
removed custom components and not working or maybe your bot file is corrupted ?
NOPE. Edit:delete the team and add new team, and... it working!
