That looks cool. Better then I thought it would. Can we have a GMF download link or something?

Hmm, that might be going overboard. Not sure. Oh well. I'll try it some other time.

If the HPZ's were skinned black then that would be the coolest bot i've seen in a while.

Eh? Eeeeh?

Battlebots was (and is still) true robotic combat.

RW was a crowd pleaser.

That's interesting, some people think the opposite.
They think Battlebots has all of the showman weaponry (The Pulverizer has maybe the same efficiency as Shunt's axe - some bots do it much better)
While RW had the designs and skillful builders/drivers. (Well, it did have Razer (sp?))

I think it had to be done.

Reminds me of what I did with Big Flip and Double Damage. I made it smaller, light enough to be in the weight class below, yet nearly miles better.

Also, first ever competent VS!

#3: Robot Wars - I thought Robot Wars sucked because: Most all of the robots were shotty, half-a--ed, pieces of junk. Then there was the house bots that in my opinion, couldnt harm a fly. And don't even get me started on "The Pit" that everyone always yelled for because of the fake explosion it produced.

The House Robots were built in series one and didn't really change. (Well, except for the newcomers, and when Matilda got that destructive flywheel)

That means they were built in the series that a 4 mph wedge that probably went as high as half the height of Sir K won the tournament.

A friend supplied me with my copy, and yes it does win quite often lol the AI are far to stupid so you sit on one side of the pit with 2 wheels in and the AI will charge and fall right in :-D I also made spinners that spin on one spike point lol but yes it is frustrating especially on the rooftops when the house robots make a random attacks pushing you, the opponent, the refbot off the roof

That never happened for me.

I know all too well of the House Robots shoving you right off. The grappling bots are cheap and decent to claw you and then drive you off (and themselves) into a pit.

The Aircraft carrier stage is fun though. Get them airborne while the ship's in turbulence, and they fly. Eventual win.

Does anyone else still have the little toy BattleBots that they came out with?

Strangely enough, I still have mine, most are still in tact even! That's not typical of my old toys.

You mean the ones with the trigger that makes them attack, and those buttons you're meant to hit with an attack that break something off said bot?

Do you know where to download RWED?

I am NOT recommending you do. Because it's frustrating as heck.
But maybe you could find a torrent site with it on.

Thanks, and good eye! Are you a graphic designer yourself Redline? Or do you just like to tinker with Photoshop?

Just use Photoshop a lot. Guess I am a competent graphic designer though.

Uh... not one loss... but not one win? I don't see it winning. Ever. In Extreme Destruction anyway. :|

Here's my latest - Thermal - in the grand final, the endurance battle.

Won the endurance battle in 4 tries, in 8:09. (The other 3 attempts - being grappled by Suicidal Tendencies and driven into the pit, bad driving in into the pit and driving over the pit as it automatically went down)

Shunt's damage was caused by me. And me only. (It's all against you in Endurance anyway)

Armor: Titanium
Drive: 6x Dragonvlast 32V motors (whatever they were)
Battery: Fusion Cell
Wheels: 6x Large Stars (inner)
Weapons: Diamond edged Flywheel, x3 Solid spikes, Triple spike

Its pushing power is actually enough to flip bots.

(CoW4RD)

It looks cool. Good to see you found the connection point below the tribar too.

But Fire Axes are kind of weak and only do damage in a certain direction (I.E: the sharp cutting edge)

Looks defensive.
Sawblades are terrible in stock RA2. Avoid them.
Redbirds aren't that good either.
It's quite decent on the battery side of things.
Getting rid of the sawblades and stuff might help you shrink the chassis.
Think of adding more Z-tek HPs to put weapons on. The front for weapons, no extra sides.

Looking at your logo, you use a 1px yellow Stroke with the default Drop Shadow on your title. (It looks like a font I'd know but I can't put my finger on it)

And you use a dark blue Outer Glow with increased Spread (Or maybe just a 3 or 4px Stroke) and a Reflected or Linear Gradient Overlay consisting of Blue Yellow Blue Yellow (Blue?) on the subtitle.

Classy.

my best on extreme destruction was the invertible frame good drive, good wheels and good amour..... thats it... no weapons..... killed everything by dancing around the pit till they fell it the bot was called "Wing It"

Extreme Destruction is so cheap, isn't it? I could dominate a fight to end up losing in the category I did the most in. It's sort of hard to eliminate a bot sometimes too... it makes 6 way battles HELL.
(How the heck is Control and Style judged anyway? I always get 100 in both)
