Is 5 underweight?
No, it just doesn't have any ballasts, from the looks. Anyway, some really good entries here! 1. Super cool bot. Good splash too, though I feel like the upper right corner could have been done in a way that works better with the background /nitpick. I think RedAce made it. 2. I can't read this one. Bot looks... something. I think RedAce made it. 3. Neat bot, though the pictures are a bit small. Also, for some reason, I keep getting confused as to what's part of the background texture and what's part of the robot. I think RedAce made it. 4. Solid entry, nothing incredible. The blue text is kinda hard to read. I think RedAce made it. 5. Cool bot with a really nice splash. I like the spotlight effect, and I think the internal shot meshes a lot better with the rest of the splash than the internal shot in 1. I think RedAce made it. 5 gets my vote.

You might just have to bite the bullet and run it with just the 4 bots.

Do you not send them all out at the same time?

Oh, yeah, I forgot about that. Redid with knives: Slapped some wedges in there since wedgebots kept demolishing it. Sometimes it can slide under an opponent's wedge and then just grind off all their weapons, which is cool.

Alright, so I got horizontal spinner for Put Lock 2, which should be pretty good. This is not pretty good.

You could probably just use one piston, with a sideways extender (or weapon array or something) to hold the spikes. You could probably also swap to a two wheel drive system, using better motors and wheels, as that would let you get away with less batteries (all spin motors take the same amount of power, because Robot Arena is a really good game.) Also, the chassis doesn't need those spike things in the back, but fixing that would mean starting over, and they look kinda cool, so whatever. If you do redesign the chassis, though, try to make it shorter (as in, height), and then make the robot invertible with some bigger wheels. A shorter chassis would also help save weight.
Wait and see if anyone tells me that I don't know what I'm talking about before you do any of that, though.

Thanks for hosting, RedAce! I like what you did with the intros, that was cool. Yay, I did it! GG, Mystic.
That first match was 10/10.

Swapped the razors for blades, and did two wedges instead of one. I had to rearrange the batteries a bit, now it's rocking 5 of the small batteries, which has less total than the previous setup. Plenty of amps to run everything, though. I also jammed two ballasts into the front; these seem to help the wedge, but also make it slower than it could be. It can beat the original version at least, so I guess it's an improvement.

Sounds interesting... Or theming your vertical spinner around one of your fetishes.
...and, sold.

Wedge is garbage. Also, since I forgot to mention, titanium 10 armor. Might be a bit overkill.

Tried my hand at a LW. Haven't tested it much. EDIT: Having done some testing, I can safely say that it's not very good.

Everything I change it to just causes the game to crash on launch. Is there some secret to it?
My screen resolution is 1600x900, by the way.

Okay, that worked to fullscreen it, but now everything seems weirdly squished and too small: Also, the mouse seems to be a lot less sensitive when in-game.

So I'm trying to play the game on my laptop, and there's a weird issue when I fullscreen. There are two black bars on either side of the monitor, with the game squished between them. I tried to get a screenshot, but in the screenshot the black bars were not visible. This happens with both Stock and Ironforge (haven't downloaded DSL yet to test.) This didn't happen when I played the game on my other computermachine. Any idea what's going on?
