I'm not really sure about how much damage it can do. If it can't do much, it dosen't appear to be well-armoured enough to be effective.

Very interesting. I like that concept alot. I'd categorize it as a TS.

Heavily weaponed HS's would seem to cause problems for it though.

Err... In BBEANS 4, there were 4 bots with "HazCon's drive." You talk about it like you're some kind of crazy innovationalist.

Also, I think Phil's is good. Sage's is kind of a wildcard. It could do really well, or fail hard.
