The patch is to fix graphics messed up by nVidia cards....but it adds a few extras, so even those with goood ol ATI cards will still want to use it....like the fact that the CD is no longer needed to play.
So, YES, It looks like the 1.3 patch will fix his problems.

Guys he was asking for a card to run RA2. I don't think you need a $400 card to run RA2 on its highest settings. (Image removed from quote.)
Which is the best video card for RA2? BETTER, is always BEST! And since ATI does not need 1.3 patch and does ALL arenas....even Mars arena, then that MUST be best!

The MP3 Player is now where the uploader was, so it will open in a new tab and not quit when changing pages.
The uploader is now on the front page under Gadgets, the player is there too if it makes it easier.

I downloaded this...which is the same one as used in the mod here http://www.premiumbeat.com/flash_music_players/ The instructions are very vague....almost non existant and I need to know what I need to modify in the code and such.
