Pretty sure he means pinks Could be, but I can imagine "lasting a little bit longer" also means DSL/custom Slimbodies take less voltage then say, a Ztek.

Slimbodies are DSL. I think they're also part of a Darkrat components pack, but my memory has never served me so well. Either way they're not stock..

Pops won't get under anything with that caster. You could also switch to a Snapper with a weapon system that light.
The HPZs are something you'd find a LW rammer or something similar, not a LW popup. Consider changing to angle motors (It could also be shorter and more space effective, since you should be able to fit the black batt between the angle motors.) Add more weapons. Add a snapper with a wedge attached, that'll make your bot more effective at getting under things. Chassis wedges are nothing compared to snapper boosted wedges. And like I said before, get rid of the caster, that makes it even worse, and it's not exactly caster protection.

Make the chassis lower maybe? its in the BOT file, not too hard I think the chassis CAN go lower normally. He might of made it higher so he could get get the tires looking similar to the real thing.

I pirated it in the beginning but eventually brought it to be able to patch and thus get some downloads working.

CoW4RD has a good skin. Could be better but it's still nice.

It's already quite good. Try attaching the drive to 2 Snapper IIs and use the secret attachment point to attach the plows instead. That way you can turn the tank 90 degrees and you can have a smaller chassis. Took about 5 minutes to work out how you was meant to use the secret connection point (Knew about it, used it before, but it's just that for some reason I thought it acts like a 90 degree angle extender) On paper I'm not sure how much it'd change. The Z-teks are about 3 pixels seperated from eachother, and putting the air tank in the gap in place of the black batt is will result in only having enough space for small batts. Excluding tweaks to pretty much shrink-wrap the chassis, the layout seems to be in it's most effective form.

I apparently have SecuROM on my PC too, but I'm not getting any of THOSE problems. Unless it's not fully installed or something.

Revenge of Dr Wham needs to get rid of that plow.....it never did damamge till it got knocked off. Eeeh, it's too late now. Just like me finding out part of BFR's skin is technically unfinished (right side) Or otherwise I just decided it could of been better.

No matter what "Life Robot Arena 2" (possibly meant to be LIVE?) just tried and failed at, I have some updates. That poker design I had going in the last couple of pages failed. Couldn't get it working so well, and attaching the snowplows to the burst pistons.. doesn't really provide the side protection it was meant to be. However... This was more along the lines of what I was attempting at the very start. Though I guess you could say Slamboni there being passed around in this thread gave some inspiration. It could be improved. But what should be done? (Yes, I haven't downloaded SC3 yet)

Was going to say "solid match for BFR" but after seeing the video the 3 starred-ness shines through. Kinda boring but a good result..

Everything but GIB files (wherever the THEY are found) Not so good at arena pythons or GMFs though. Always getting errors without assistance.

i wish loser brackets were done last... Uh, they are. Winners bracket, losers bracket. winner's bracket, loser's bracket. Unless you meant at the very end of the tourney, but then there's going to be quite a few bots out of action for a month or so. That shouldn't happen. Also the overall winner of the loser's bracket is meant to face off against the winner of the winner's bracket for the title. If the loser's bracket wasn't done in conjunction with the winner's bracket, then that'd make things technically but needlessly slow.

Red, IMO you're good enough to get SC3 now. Hmm, you think so? Last time I did.. Big Flip was the only bot I had that was strong enough to defeat a bot in it's own weightclass in SC3. And look where that's led us. (Big Flip's Revenge)

dont the plows get in the way of the actual ram. So far, no. (Tested on SC2 Maelstrom, though maybe I should try a indirect positioned HS)

Here's a new concept bot. It's still in the works. Only 650kg. Need to find a way to fit air tanks in there and stuff. Yes I know it's overpowered.

Har, I hated Razor. I thought it was smart of Tornado's team to put the frame around it.
My favorite match from RW was Hypnodisc VS Bigger Brother. Well, as long as Tornado said they had the frame and got it officially weighed in and such, they could use it. Don't remember WHEN they made it but it was a risk, and it paid off. Both are great robots, but Tornado has the very customizable design and the team smarts to back it up.

everyone should build a thumperizer! Lulz HW Thumperizer tourney. *Could enter Thamperizer as a MW multibot and continue his Multibot-only tourney record*

Anyway I have my latest bot which I'm quite happy with. I actually won some battles with it, including the RAZOR which I remember being quite deadly on the TV show. The replicas are actually quite weak. DSL 3.0 will remedy that.
